Dr. Henry was a pleasure to see, we actually saw her! Which I love, NO PA (physician assistant) and her office was immaculate and beautiful. The staff was very attentive, friendly and respectful. Only downside is there’s no parking in the area, I recommend taking public transportation. So glad to have found an African American female dermatologist. Focus of my daughter and I visit was to discuss facial acne and dark colored skin under eyes.

I highly recommend no one deal with this dermatologist. I have acne scarring and was promised 60% change with RF microneedling. Did 3 treatments and got a 0% difference. I was promised a complimentary procedure to help me and made an appointment. As appointment date got closer I was called and told that no longer want me there and to go elsewhere after I was promised to be taken Care of by Michelle herself. Was super unprofessional and was basically kicked out ignored. left unhappy and down $5000

Dr Henry has been incredibly caring and has really made a big difference in my hair and skin. My hair was falling out radically and she helped with treatment and advice about using the special product that she prescribed for me. It is back with fullness. People remark all the time. Besides being very patient and kind, she and the entire office (which is beautiful by the way) are very calming. My rosacea is now under control as well. Dr. Henry is just plain terrific. She has advised me on other cosmetic issues as well. But there is absolutely no pressure. Ever.

Loved her non-standard out of the box dermatological approach to my daughters decade long scalp issues. Her bedside manner was inviting and her staff was warm and accommodating. Confident Dr. Henry will finally give my young adult the medical relief and diagnosis she needs and the confidence to wear her beautiful hair as she pleases.

I have had very positive experiences with Dr Henry. She’s very profession, knowledgeable and understanding. She listens patiently to my concerns. It was important to me because of my skin and hair issues to she a dermatologist who was skilled with people of color and my hair texture. Additional all her staff are pleasant and very helpful.

She helped me get on retinol because I felt my face looked dull.She gave me my first chemical peel which was very mild, I didn't peel like a snake but I also felt she knew me and I wasn't trying to do all that either. I just wanted a pick me up!I wanted fillers under my eyes but she advised against itShe helped remove a fake wart from my wrist and stitched me up.She also helped me diagnose a skin rash and advised against using a hydroquinone to get rid of the spot for the first two monthsShe was Correct to have me hold off because the rash faded which I didn't anticipate as scars take years to fade. She knows skin and skin problems!I really appreciate her warmth and care for her patients. She very honest and open and isn't trying to sell anything unless she thinks you will benefit from it. For this I appreciate. As I mentioned, she's been working the me for every tiny transformation. I have only visited her in two locations. This location is her standalone office. But in both instances, whether you come early or a little after your appointment time, you will be asked to wait an additional 60-75 mins in your own waiting room. I dislike this so much. What actually is interesting is before I met Dr Henry, I use to visit Pharrell's dermatologist in the east side. She had me waiting almost 2 hours which is why I never returned as I value my time. I just think this is such a poor mismanaged practice as I don't understand what anyone gains making people wait an extended period of time for an appointment where she traditionally spends les than 5 mins to diagnosis you. It's also difficult to get an appointment. There's a 2 month lag. This seems unusual and part of my dissatisfactionTipAlways Make your next appointment before you leave. Never call for an appointment . Just schedule to see your dermatologist ahead of time.Also take a half day when you plan to see her. You will not be able to get in and out. The wait will always be longer than the appointment and it will make you feel like less valuable.

Dr. Michelle Henry did an amazing job on my daughter Adora, She had masseter botox procedure and she loves the results already. It was a welcoming and clean environment.. Dr. Michelle Henry, walk us through every detail of the procedure her calm demeanor put my daughter at ease The staff was also very friendly. I will definitely be coming back here again! not just for Adora, Thank Dr. Michelle Henry👏🏽 Your truly the best!!!

I want to give this place five stars but I didn’t get seen by the doctor until 6 o’clock when I had a 430 appointment. I know she’s very busy because there’s so many patients and thankfully one of the aides gave me a granola bar because I started to get hungry but I sat in the waiting room for an about one hour and then sat by myself waiting for the doctor in the patient room for another 30 minutes. Oof. That being said, aide was very nice and allowed me to describe to her ALL of my dermatology concerns, medical and cosmetic. Dr Henry was very apologetic about the wait which was nice and/but quick when she came in. She asked some questions based on my concerns expressed to her aide and quickly opined on treatments for everything that the aide very diligently scribbled down. She couldn’t have been with me for more than seven minutes tops, but I got what I came for.

Dr. Henry is exceptional in her clinical skills, bedside manner and knowledge base. She is exceptionally skilled with both medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures. Her staff is professional, welcoming and helpful. I LOVE that we left with written instructions that reflected exactly what she told us in the clinical visit. I was so impressed with her that our daughter now sees her. Truly an exceptional dermatologist with a staff and space to match. We feel so lucky to have found her as our dermatologist! Thank you, Dr. Henry!

My appointment with Dr. Henry was wonderful. She has the best bedside manner of any Doctor i've ever had. Clearly very informed and intelligent and related information in a clear digestible way. She has a calming demeanor to her that makes you feel great and her entire staff was professional and warm. Took a few months to get an appointment but beyond worth the wait! Could not recommend more.
