I’ve been going to Paul weekly for 3 months now and the experience has been superb every time. He listens to understand my areas of pain or tightness and has been diligent in helping ease those pains. As I’m currently training for my second marathon, my body’s in a substantially better place to weather the long runs and various workouts my training program calls for. I would highly recommend Paul for anyone looking for alternative therapy options and an overall relaxing and comfortable acupuncture experience.

I've always been fascinated by Acupuncture and its numerous benefits and have incorporated it in my life for years now. I especially love how it helps improve my sleep and addresses the occasional insomnia (or mind just being restless resulting in being unable to sleep), improves metabolism and weight loss support, gets rid of the occasional colds and allergies, and generally improves my well being. I was looking for a new Acupuncture place and I stumbled Eastgate Acupuncture when I saw an Introductory 3 session with consultation deal on Groupon. I took advantage of it and just completed my 3 sessions yesterday and actually coming back again to continue it next Saturday. I love the location, couldn't be more perfect. They're located just right across the Columbus Circle station, beside a Starbucks and right across the Mandarin Oriental hotel. It's pretty no-frills but maintained well and has 3-4 private treatment rooms, which means you're actually getting some privacy for a good hour or so. I also especially like Carly who since day 1 has been kind, professional, and caring. Even just after one session with her, I immediately felt the difference. I slept like a baby and just generally felt better overall. Each session I actually felt so much difference, that's why I intend to continue and just maintain my overall health and well-being in top condition. I liked this place so much that on my 3rd session, I brought my husband and introduced him to acupuncture. Suffice to say, he slept like a baby the first night and said that the back pain and muscular pain he was complaining about from his workouts were actually gone right away and our workouts today were better too. If you're new to Acupuncture, read up on its many benefits. I'm confident that the quality of your health (if you're all about your well-being), will tremendously improve. I highly recommend Carly and this place. So glad I found them.

Loved it and do it as much as I can

I am deeply indebted to Crystal and Paul as well as all the highly qualified practitioners at Eastgate. Their expertise and excellence have supported me through the reversal of pain, rashes, and anemia. They are always cheerful and helpful. They also offer facial acupuncture which I highly recommend.

Crystal is magical with the needles. She finds the exact points that need to be released and hold tension. I came to Eastgate after sustaining a traumatic injury. All of the staff at Eastgate worked together to heal me and bring me back into balance. I required several surgeries from my accident and each time Crystal and Paul supported me with acupuncture and herbs. I credit much of my mobility and pain management to Paul and Crystal’s skills.

There are allot of places to get acupuncture, but you really want to be in an office that really knows what they're doing and cares. Well you're in the right place. Carly is amazing at what she does... puts lots of care and intention into her work. Highly recommend this place

Busy family run office, with knowledgeable practioners. Make sure to book in advance and sometimes, there is a wait, as with many medical offices. My boyfriend goes regularly and gets his stiff back, sinuses/allergies and foot treated by Paul. He is very happy with the results.

Amazing, intelligent, and thoughtful staff who work hard to support each patient on their road to optimum health.
