1st class service all around. I am so grateful to Trish and the rest of the team at Elder Care. They went above and beyond for my father in his final days. I cannot say enough thank you for being there in the perfect way; with caring, tact, professionalism, and knowing when to give space for family. At the end of my fathers life, I was comforted knowing that compassionate people were by his and our side to assist. Impeccable all the way around, they invest in their people and it shows :)

If I could give this company 10 stars, it would be more accurate. Like many people probably reading this review, I have zero experience taking care of aging parents who are unable to care for themselves- one parent in late- stage dementia/senility, and the other parent in hospice care. I am the only adult child in my family who has chosen to take on this responsibility of my parents, and have a job and children of my own. After terrible experiences with a slew of other agencies, I was guided to Eldercare. This was a game-changer for us. I will never forget my first phone call to them- my explaining how difficult my mother was and how many other local agencies refused to work with her... Nothing I said swayed them. Nothing I said surprised them. Nothing I said discouraged them. They were here to help us, period. We are on our second year together and they couldn’t have been more right. The aides they provide have been wonderful. They care deeply for my mother and deeply for all of us as a family. They are professional, honest, skilled and keep a sense of hope and humour when things go South. My respect for them personally and for the company they represent is immense. Writing this was a pleasure. I recommend them without reservation. MB
