They messed with the wrong one. I hope this place is shut down asap. For the nice ones sorry if you lose your job. But "Elev8" (corny name) is the worst treatment center believe me ive seen them all unfortunately. I can't believe they way nursing treat patients. Ill write more. But my name is Matt Cavanaugh. Well my journey started 9/30/2019 I was tired drinking my self to death and I have been sober ever since 28 months come 1/30/2022

Not a place I would recommend at all. I did my detox there and it was like being in Rikers, but able to smoke. In my stages of withdraws I was left alone and I know the nurses herd me moaning, if it wasn't for a security guard who ran and got the nurse I would've, who knows. With no other options, I was going to return, believing in a gentleman called "SAMMY", When I returned 4 patients tried to physically Hurt me. From what I was told, they forced themselves in and waited till I got in to harm me. Not a safe place. It's soo bad, 1 of the female workers was pushed on the floor when the guys that tried to harm me pushed her to the floor and they'll deny that anything occurred. I got lucky and got some video of this "Sammy" guy.

Becareful with these thirsty bumbs, they stole my clothing after sending me to quarantine hotel not sending my property along with me. My whole bag of new clothing told me they had it, then sent it to me, then don't have it and it went from empty call back promises, to transferring me to voicmails, to now they just ignore me.. I thought I was going to get help from these people instead they stole from me.. Also could not make a call to probation officer to let her know I was in the program. They really weren't any help but I'm sure they billed insurance. They were real openly sharing my social security number as well from phone number to phone number. So just becareful yah, these people were addicts themselves at one point. People invovled were John, Alein (might be spelled deferent) and Terry. Very unprofessional and not a place to trust.

Lunch ladies were super rude … like if they didn’t want to feed us! Honestly I left last day of my detox because they were serving fish an I told the lady I’m allergic to fish/shellfish but she said where’s you’re band an I told her I lost it then she decides to throw the dried up fish in my plate even though I just said I’m allergic really rude .. just because my allergy band came off in my sleep then I told them I’m not eating that … so they said we not forcing anyone to even be here so u can leave pointed me to my stuff an basically didn’t want me there .. mind u I live in Long Island no cell phone on me they didn’t let me use the phone no cash on me lady said just take the train down the block and you’ll figure it out worst place !!!

This is the best place.. To detox and set you towards the road to recovery. It gives you a blueprint to follow afterwards to help the patient bounce towards being a prodicti member of society.. I give the staff more than 5 stars.

Place for a fresh start,, staff it’s lovely doctors are ok,, the counselors are amazing ,,, it was a great experience ,, been here for 3weeks and going to VIP after here, this place saved my life and I highly recommend people, if you need a break from misery why don’t why give a try , you can always go back and get the Refund,, it’s was honor meeting the staff at eve8 and specially MS ,,ZOE and amazing counselor Sara G. Thank God for giving another shot to do this right,,,
