If trump were to call this place horrible, it would be the one thing I'll agreed with him. This place is a cesspool. Staff don't want to be there, there's a new manager every month, they can't keep therapist or care managers. They charged my Medicaid even in the month I don't get services. I rather go to a backyard provider. Please don't tell me my tax dollar goes here.

Upper Manhattan Mental Health Center is an exceptional organization that truly cares about the community. The staff are supportive, professional, and dedicated to providing quality services in a welcoming environment. You can genuinely feel the teamwork and commitment to helping individuals and families thrive. Highly recommend.

With this place its easy to judge a book by its cover. But dont!!! Going in gave me a variety of opportunities. Most of my medical needs are taken care of here. Every floor, people are friendly, observant, knowledgeable and understanding. The staff are caring, they look at you when you talk! They listened to all my needs and aided me to get whats needed. Need a place to fit in rainbow club house, is that place! Crave fresh groceries, Get to the pantry! Always fresh and healthy good foods, NOTHING spoiled. I've been here for about 4 years and im still happy of the services and events.

The time I spent in their out patient program was extremely beneficial to me. With my counselor‘s encouragement I was able to attend classes and receive my CRPA credentials. Now I help others going through the same challenges that I have faced.
