Dr. Sid is very knowledgeable and detailed with his responses. He offers a personalized holistic, approach and incorporates a variety of techniques specific to the needs of the patient.

I hop on the 2/3 train from midtown up to 116th and happily walk to 119th to Esprit where Dr. Sid works his magic. I have osteoarthritis and ankylosis spondylitis. I’ve been to several PT places and I gotta say his PT is a miracle worker and Dr. Sid tops me off on one his specialty machine that’s the icing on the cake. Thank you Esprit.

Until we met Dr. Sid, it felt like we were stuck in a waiting game. We had seen several doctors, but all they ever said was, "Let’s monitor it." Meanwhile, we watched helplessly as the curvature worsened—from 9 degrees to 17 degrees in what felt like no time. Both of my children, ages 13 and 10, were in pain, and their posture continued to deteriorate. As a parent, it was excruciating to watch their condition decline while feeling powerless. Major hospitals in NYC seemed to be waiting until the curvature reached 45 degrees just to recommend surgery. After completing his boot camp, we saw the curvature reduce dramatically from 17 to 7 degrees and 13 to over correction (this is great!). With his customized home physical therapy program, we’ve been able to maintain those results. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also exceptionally attentive and caring with children. His ability to connect with young patients makes all the difference. Many may attempt to imitate his methods, but the level of detail, insight, and care that Dr. Sid provides is truly unmatched. He was even able to detect an old trauma in my child’s neck that other top hospitals and specialists had completely overlooked. Dr. Sid is a rare and remarkable doctor who genuinely cares and delivers real, measurable results.

They office was a warm space and friendly really tried to relieve the pain in my shoulder and taught me better prosture habits - thank you so much

After just over a month I am starting to feel much better and the range of motion in my shoulder has increased tremendously as the pain has decreased in a similar manner.
