Very bad Buccal massage. She didn’t work with the muscles. It was zero relaxing and zero technique.

As a Yelp Elite member, I take reviews seriously and share them to help others make informed choices. Unfortunately, my experience with this business was misleading. I purchased a Groupon believing that I was buying Full Arms as a large treatment area - which is how the merchant themselves lists it on their own website. Instead, when I went to redeem, I was told that Half Arms is considered "large" under the Groupon deal, and Full Arms is "extra large". This is a direct contradiction between what's on Groupon and what the merchant promotes on their own site. That inconsistency is not just confusing, it's misleading - and it changes the actual value of what customers are paying for. I felt misled and disappointed when I realized the service I thought I was getting was not the one being honored. Transparency is essential, especially in the beauty and self-care industry. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business and encourage others to double-check directly with the merchant before purchasing. See attached screenshots for proof of the discrepancy. Update: After escalating my case with Groupon, a customer support supervisor personally reviewed the issue and issued me a full refund back to my original payment method. While I still feel the merchant's listing was misleading, and note that the merchant themselves was unhelpful and unresponsive throughout the process, I do want to acknowledge that Groupon's customer support team ultimately stepped in, took responsibility, and resolved this fairly. I appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making it right.

Found this place through a Groupon deal, I got the couples massage w hot stones & champagne. We got here a little early but could not start because they were busy so we had to come back, by the time we came back they were a little behind for the appt not terrible they made up for it. We tried some champagne not bad & cookies while we waited. Once it was our turn we got comfy & the massages began the ladies did a nice job, good Massage, mini facial & hot stones by the time we left felt like a new person. Small location, nicely decorated it was a good Groupon to try.
