Got Xeomin and love the results. Trying a new injector is always a little nerve-wracking, but this was such a great experience. Clean, beautiful space, amazing customer service, and they were honest about the units I actually needed. No upsell, which I really appreciated. I think I worked with Sharon. If so, ask for her, she’s a delight.

Only book here if you are prepared to deal with an annoying and cumbersome AI receptionist. I called to cancel my appointment after I came down the flu. I spent 5 minutes “talking” to a phone bot, only to be transferred to the office’s voicemail. I did not get a call back from a human until several hours later. I dont care how cheap their Botox is, I will not spend money at a place that does not value customer service.

I recently had a facial at Evolve Med Spa, and it was nothing short of phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was serene and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for relaxation. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Lana who did my facial was amazing.

This has been one of the most upsetting and disappointing experiences I’ve had with a medical spa. I came in for microneedling to improve mild hyperpigmentation and instead was left with new scarring and severe dark discoloration that I did not have before, primarily on one side of my face. I have had microneedling done in the past without any issues, which makes this outcome even more concerning. When I first reached out, I was told this was a “normal” part of the healing process and to wait 14 days. I followed every post-care instruction and waited the full time. Once my skin healed, the marks did not improve. They worsened, leaving visible damage that now requires additional treatment to correct. After a virtual follow-up and sending multiple photos as requested, I was met with silence. No urgency, no guidance, no accountability. Being left with facial damage and then ignored is unacceptable. The lack of care once something went wrong has been shocking. I would never return and strongly caution anyone considering treatment here to think twice about how complications are handled.
