I made an appointment for a consultation here, and I put in my credit card number and read the cancellation policy, which was 24 hours in advance. I understood that if I canceled or did not show up I would be charged, and they had my credit card number. Every single day between making my appointment and the appointment itself, I was contacted with “reminders” in three ways: via email, via text, and with a phone call. It was incredibly annoying and intrusive. The day of the appointment, they called me about an hour before the appointment with another “reminder”. I picked up and said, “Yes I know my appointment is in an hour. You have my credit card number to charge me if I don’t show, and I’ve been contacted via text, email, and phone every day for the past three days. I will be there.” Unbelievably, when I was on my way there, 15 minutes prior to my appointment, I got a text asking if I could come at a different time because they had a scheduling conflict. I said no, I was already on my way, was the technician unable to see me? They said “disregard, the technician can see you.” Once I arrived, they told me the technician was running late and was not available to see me for another 20 minutes. I find this unbelievable after all of the outreach that they did to make sure that I was coming. I left and I will not be returning.
Daniella was great. I was hoping to use a little less Botox and she somehow managed to get the same results with 25% fewer units. Her assessment was great and I’m super happy with my face the day after.
The atmosphere was quite comforting & sheik. The staff was welcoming & attentive. Answered all my questions. I was quite satisfied.
Katie makes this place 5/5 starts. I love how she knew exactly what I needed without me even having to explain myself. She’s soooo good and I will be back!!!!
