Kristin is by far the most amazing PT! She has the unique ability to be both doctor and friend, really listening to you and what your body needs. I worked with Kristin in my late 20s while experiencing scapular issues from my workouts, through both of my pregnancies and then while postpartum. She is the only person who took the time to listen to me, to help fix my pains & injuries. I recommend her practice 1000%!!

I had a few post-op lymphatic drainage sessions with Caitha after liposuction to my lower body, and I’m so glad I did. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. Caitha made the recovery process much more comfortable, and I always felt well taken care of. I highly recommend her and FemFirst Health for anyone looking for excellent care and support.

I can't thank Kristin and everyone at FemFirstHealth enough. I first came to FemFirst and started seeing Kristin after several complicated surgeries for endometriosis. She helped me identify the causes of my continued pain and worked with me to resolve each issue one by one with both pelvic and regular physical therapy. I went from being someone with difficulty leaning over, doing basic movements, suffering from pelvic pain, and living with consistent nerve and muscular pain to running my first half marathon last year. With her help I was able to become active again and learn to do exercises and self-massage to continue my recovery outside of our sessions. I also feel she offers modern and up-to-date techniques based in a specialized training. These techniques go way beyond run-of-the-mill physical therapy, and she explains the workings of the body in a clear and easy to understand way, so I always know why I'm doing the exercises she gives. I also started doing Lymphatic Drainage massage with Kaitha and this had a hugely positive effect on my nerve pain and scar tissue. It also helped with the sluggishness I was feeling post-surgery. Kaitha's lymphatic drainage massages are both very gentle and also very effective in helping with recovery. Overall, I hope everyone with endometriosis or any type of surgery can visit Kristin and the team. They have been a huge part of my recovery and helping me regain my life!

My visit for pelvic floor evaluation with Kristin was great. I learned a lot and help me with the sciatica. I am definitely coming back soon.

Have seen two therapists here - Jennifer and Melissa. Both fantastic for pre and post partum. They treat the whole body as there’s a lot going on post partum and have felt improvement since seeing them!

I worked with the team for about a month when I was about 12 weeks postpartum following a C-Section. They helped with recovery from the surgery, specifically with the area around the scar but also just general recovery from the pregnancy (no one tells you that you actually need PT after the trauma of *pregnancy*, not just birth!). The team was warm and welcoming and it made a significant difference in my recovery. I'm looking forward to working with them again!
