Nice office, really kind doctor

I would not recommend Dr. Ahluwalia or her team at Ferny. Communication was very poor. The doctor was hard to reach and seemed too busy to explain things. Her staff ignored calls and emails and provided conflicting information. Even Memorial Sloan Kettering had difficulty obtaining clear records from Ferny related to my care, and I had to spend weeks tracking down details myself. To make matters worse, Dr. Ahluwalia's team sent me sensitive information via email that I never requested. Overall, the disorganization and lack of professionalism caused unnecessary stress and delays in my care.

The best experience I have had in my life at a GYN office. The team is excellent. I am So happy to have found them.

If you’re pregnant or planning to become pregnant, this clinic is the perfect choice. The staff is incredibly welcoming, the environment is clean and calming, and everyone is so friendly. You’ll feel comfortable and well-taken-care-of from the moment you walk in

waited 75 min and still not seen and someone else has waited longer than me who’s appointment time was 15 min earlier. DO NOT BOOK EOD APPOINTMENTS. Every time I’ve come, I’ve had to wait. An hour+ is ridiculous. They also did not notify me of the delay. I asked after 20 min and they said I’ll be seen in the next 10min. 45 min later, still no doctor. Still waiting. I’m not a fan of doctor’s offices that don’t treat patients’ time as important. They claim that there were “too many walk-ins” however I booked an appointment time so I’m not sure why this is not honored. It was also not an option for me to switch times. Extremely disappointed in the office. The front desk should handle operations better if appoints are delayed by 30min. You should not be staying silent and doing nothing for the patients who are waiting for a scheduled appointment. They did say to me “clearly something needs to be discussed” in relation to the delay but being proactive is helpful. At the minimum, please communicate.

Dr Shabani was kind, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable right away. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and was very thorough and efficient during the visit. I really appreciated how approachable and caring she was. It’s not easy finding a doctor who makes you feel so at ease. I left feeling confident and well cared for. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great gynecologist!

my visit was with dr.rosemarie hazoglou - she was wonderful! excellent bedside manner - really friendly and warm. i felt very at ease in her care and she explained everything very thoroughly. she also went above and beyond to help me with a different appointment which i really appreciated. there was also no wait time and the rest of the staff were lovely. it’s so hard to find good care in this city - feeling relieved that i found dr. hazoglou and this clinic. highly recommend!

Absolutely my favorite gyno! Dr. Ahluwalia and staff are so kind and friendly and they remembers her patients! I truly feel so seen here. Cannot recommend Ferny enough!

They submitted my bloodwork that was out if my network. They had all of my info. Nobody helped me. They just stopped answering my emails…I did my diligent job to make sure that everything is in network (they are in network). They did not advise me that they’ll be sending it out of network lab. Nobody helped me and I am stuck with a bill. I wish i was given a choice and I would have said NO.
