We are big fans of Dr. Fountain and her staff. From walking into the office to the whole experience, my toddler feels comfortable and loves going to the office. He’s yet to shed a tear!

We absolutely love Fountain Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. Jen and her staff are amazing. When we first went in 2022, our kids (then 3 and 6) had never been to the dentist before. Our 6-year-old has a lot of anxiety, sensory issues, and was extremely afraid of the dentist. Dr. Jen worked some real magic—she made her feel welcome and comfortable right away. She explained everything step by step, why they were doing it, and helped turn what could have been a stressful experience into an amazing first dental visit. Now, our kids actually ask when their next appointment is! Our oldest even pumps her fist and says “Yes!” when I tell her it’s dentist day. The TVs, prizes, and fun atmosphere certainly help too, but it’s really the warmth and patience of the staff that makes the difference. By the end, we had brought all three of our kids (now 3.5, 6, and 9), and each one has had such a positive experience. Dr. Jen, Dr. E, and the entire team have been so accommodating from the very start and have worked with us every step of the way. We can’t recommend them enough—truly the best experience we could have hoped for in a pediatric dentist!

We absolutely love Dr. Jen! Thanks to her, my child was actually excited to go to the dentist — something I never thought I’d say. She’s incredibly sweet, kind, and respectful, and she creates such a positive, comfortable experience every time. The office staff is just as wonderful — always welcoming, easy to coordinate with, and incredibly organized. Every visit has been smooth and stress-free, and we’ve never had a single complaint. We’re moving out of the city and are truly sad to be leaving this practice, knowing how rare it is to find a place like this.

Dr. Jen and her staff were excellent. Made my 4yo son, who has not done well at the dentist in the past, so comfortable. Just a wonderful experience start to finish - so happy we found her!

I've been bringing my boys to Dr. Jen forever, and she is the absolute best! Always so kind with the boys and incredibly thorough in her treatment. The setting is welcoming and even exciting for the kids! They love it and so do I!

In my daughter's 12 years I have been to four pediatric dentists due to moving, etc. Dr. Fountain is the 4th and she is hands down the absolute best in every way. Her sensitive, calm, caring, and very thoughtful nature make her an outstanding pediatric dentist. She uses very simple kid friendly terms to explain when something is happening that may be difficult for a child to process or cause anxiety. I truly can't get over how incredible she is and her team for that matter! They make going to the dentist a pleasure instead of an anxious experience for all!

From the time you enter the door to the moment you leave, there is no other place like it. Both Dr. Fountain and the entire team are more than incredible, they feel like family. My children are not at all worried about the dentist. They never complain! They enjoy going for the end of the appt toy:-)

My son had an excellent experience at his very first dentist visit. Dr. Jen and her team are amazing. We instantly felt comfortable from the moment we step foot in the office. Greeted with a warm welcoming smile. All of her staff are so sweet. The hygienist came out to greet my son and was so good at making him feel at ease. He left the office with a big smile on his face and loves brushing his teeth even more now. We look forward to going back in the future for his next visit.
