List of Generation Next Fertility's Reviews
Generation Next Fertility has been nothing short of amazing. From day one, Dr. Nejat and the entire team treated me with compassion, patience, and genuine care. They supported me through every step of my fertility journey, and I always felt seen, heard, and encouraged. Thanks to them, I am now pregnant and officially graduating from their care—something I am endlessly grateful for. Thank you to everyone at Generation Next for giving me hope and helping make this dream possible. I highly recommend them to anyone starting their fertility journey.
Incredibly poor IVF clinic. We underwent several cycles with this clinic (led by Dr Luk and Dr Hade) and they failed to diagnose multiple critical conditions, including: • Balanced translocation • Adenomyosis • Endometriosis • Varicocele • DNA fragmentation • Egg and sperm quality issues • Reproductive NK cell issues • And more When we shared our experience with friends, who then shared our story with others, Dr Luk sent lawyers to silence us.
My experience with Generation Next Fertility has been absolutely wonderful. From start to finish, every step of my journey was clearly explained, and the entire team made me feel supported and cared for. The clinical assistants were incredibly kind and helpful in every way possible — always available to answer questions and provide guidance. Dr. Luk was amazing! She’s confident, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease with every decision throughout the process. The staff were always welcoming and positive, creating such a comforting environment during a stressful time. I can’t say enough good things about this clinic — they truly go above and beyond for their patients. I’m so grateful for the care and support I received here. Highly recommend!
I don't even know where to begin. My husband and I interviewed with multiple clinics in the city, we didn't want to just go with the first option like we did for our initial round of IVF. For our second round, after several interviews, we decided to move forward with Generation Next Fertility. The main reason was Dr. Hade. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, something we hadn't experienced elsewhere. Out of all the clinics we met with, he was the only one who suggested and performed genetic testing on us during the consultation which is a simple blood draw that no other clinic, not even our first IVF clinic, had ever recommended it. GNF was truly a great clinic, and we loved the staff. Lisa, the phlebotomist, was absolutely amazing, we adored her! Isabella was also fantastic with communication. Another thing that stood out to me was Dr. Hade's compassion and understanding regarding my chronic illness. He never judged, and that meant so much. Honestly, if it weren't for Dr. Hade, I don't think my husband and I would be holding our baby boy right now. A huge thank you to the entire GNF team you're all incredible. As for financing, everything was straightforward and I think it's because we paid cash and didn't deal with insurance, we never had any issues on that front. However, embryo storage at GNF is quite expensive, actually the most expensive of all the clinics we interviewed. About six months in, the storage fee increased for us.
From the start, our GNF team was caring, kind, and highly knowledgeable. Every person there was incredibly nice and played a crucial role. Dr. Hade is an expert who presents all the facts and truly understands your specific case. The community GNF builds through social media, events, support groups, and live streams is an invaluable resource. We are forever thankful of their patience, care and support to helping us become parents.
I graduated from GNF last week, and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience. From the doctors and nurses to the ultrasound technicians and front desk staff, everyone has been wonderful. I switched from RMA, which felt like a factory, and the difference was night and day. GNF feels much more personal and attentive. The wait times for monitoring sessions are significantly shorter, and they even apologize when running behind — something I never experienced at RMA. My RE is Dr. Seckin, and she is the sweetest, most caring doctor. She truly listened to my concerns about the severe pain I experienced from stim medications at RMA and adjusted my protocol so I had no pain under her care. The nurses at GNF even scheduled an in-person session to demonstrate how to mix the stim medications, whereas RMA just sent videos and left me to figure it out myself — which felt very cold by comparison. After my endometriosis excision surgery, Dr. Seckin went above and beyond. She connected with my surgeon about his recommendations for my stage 4 endometriosis and severe diffuse adenomyosis, researched the medication he suggested, and created a personalized plan for me to downregulate and prepare for transfer. When the ultrasound tech had trouble visualizing my uterus after transfer, she immediately stepped in to switch to an abdominal ultrasound instead of transvaginal. Dr. Seckin was there at every step: answering my questions in video calls, performing my egg retrieval and transfer, calling me personally with transfer updates, and being there at my final ultrasound before graduation. We couldn't have come this far without Dr. Seckin and the entire team at GNF. Thank you!
I had a really positive experience with the team at Generation Next Fertility. The team was attentive, communicative and as someone solo doing the egg freezing retrieval process I felt supported. They were very knowledgeable in ensuring they prevented OHSS.
This is an excellent facility, the staff are very nice and the doctor's are extremely competent and professional. Really grateful to find a clinic who can truly help patients. Highly recommend Dr Luk and Dr Hade for any couple's who needed fertility intervention. Very caring and responsive to patient care.
I will start this review by saying I have had an amazing experience with every person I saw in this office from reception, to ultrasound techs , to doctors and phlebotomist. Taina who works in the office truly did guide me to the best fertility clinic in NYC..she also held my hand every step of the way and was amazing !! Dr.Nejat was my doctor and at first I was so nervous going into this but he was so knowledgeable and kind and really took his time to answer any and all my questions / concerns. You can tell he really loves what he does and wants to help .I would recommend him 1,000 times over he made this whole process a breeze. I also loved how since I was being seen about every other day for monitoring I established a relationship with my amazing phlebotomist Yamilka. I am TERRIFIED of getting my blood taken and I dreaded it everyday.. no matter how many days I was already doing this for every single time she showed up and had patience and never once got frustrated with me when I was frustrated with myself because of my own anxiety with getting blood drawn. The whole staff was beyond caring and I would walk in and they knew who I was even though they probably saw 50+ people before me at 9 am ! It was such a nice feeling to not just feel like a number and to build a great rapport with the staff. This is not an easy journey at all and I truly had the kindest & best team. Alex & everyone else from Dr.Nejats staff were amazing and answered my questions after hours and wrote me very detailed emails after every conversation it was very clear how to do what was needed . I have been to other fertility clinics and had horrible horror stories and I’m just glad I found a place that everything went smoothly. They fed positivity into me when I felt like giving up and that really means a lot to me. Thank you generation next and Dr.Nejat for everything you’ve done for me on this journey. I truly couldn’t do this without you all. ALSO . This was an added plus .. I went one Friday morning for monitoring and they had a live pianist sitting in their waiting area playing the piano , I’ve never seen anything like it!! Talk about fancy!
WRONGLY BILLED!! I'm having the worst experience with the billing department THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS NOW. It's started in JULY...it's about to be OCTOBER!! I was billed in error twice. One bill was for a canceled round of IVF.. mind you, I never even started the IVF process! The other was for initial blood work diagnostics. Now correct me if I'm wrong but initial means at the beginning, so why would I be getting an initial blood work well into treatment.. i've been going back and forth with this billing department. They're really making me work to keep my money. I shouldn't have to be looking up insurance codes or looking at my billing statement. This is ridiculous. And now they're telling me that one of the bills was demoted. Well, both bills shouldn't exist at all. The day they're charging me for the canceled ivf, I was actually receiving a PRP injection (that I paid for..regretfully because it didnt work). Hopefully this will be resolved by December. I just got done reading a review that was very similar to mine. I find it ironic because someone from the office is responding to all of the negative reviews as they did that one. They said that they would be working to make sure that this doesn't happen again and that sounded really good and nice. Well clearly IT IS still happening. I think they need to work a little harder to ensure that it doesn't. This isn't needed on the journey. Do better. Oh, and Dr. Hade was lovely.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
