This was my first (and last) visit. While the aesthetician was great, the service wasn’t. When I came home I saw that none of the little imperfections had been addressed and extracted. That was my main concern. And then I was sold a $95 serum that I will be returning. In my opinion, it’s a fast but overpriced service. I could have done that myself tbh.

Just hear to say I had my first appointment yesterday at 8am in DC. The room smelled like weed, I received no consult, and my dermaplane service left my with nicks on my face and painfully dry. Customer service refused to cancel my membership because of their policies even though I agreed to pay for services rendered. Totally unsafe and unprofessional, my face looks awful, and now I’m stuck with them for hundreds of dollars more of services.

Highly recommend booking with Alize! She is so knowledgeable about skincare without making it overwhelming. She gave me wonderful advice and really educated me on my skin and how to care for it~without pushing crazy expensive procedures or products. I’ll definitely be back!

nice people but terrible facial. dull dermablade and poor technique. patchy, embarrassing results. also way too expensive for what is actually ~20 min facial with tools you probs have at home
