Very much a factory. Not terribly relaxing. If you don’t want to have to wash your own face in a long sink/trough, go to a more traditional spa. The people were nice though.

I had such a great experience at Glowbar. The last facial I had was over 10 years ago, and honestly it left me a little traumatized. My skin was red, puffy, and irritated afterward. This time was completely different. I left with calm, happy skin, and it felt like the perfect amount of pampering without going overboard. Jessica, my aesthetician, was fantastic. I’m really excited to continue working with her on my skin goals. I was also so kindly welcomed by the two women at the front desk, who were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience feel comfortable from the moment I walked in.

As a guy who had zero experience getting a facial, Glowbar seemed like the least intimidating option to try after asking my girl friends. Took one of their referral codes and got $15 off my first session. My time with Alessia was fantastic. She was incredibly welcoming and just an adorable human being. She gave me a lot of basic tips that I can start looking into without it being overwhelming. Hope to come back again!

Second time coming here, first with Jessica and then with Alex! I enjoyed the service gained knowledge about my skin and products to use and had great conversations. Aestheticians were both polite, calm, and nurturing. I will def come back and recommend this location.

I had an amazing experience at the Glowbar. Destiny is such a great esthetician. She’s so kind, friendly and informative. I would 100% recommend booking with her. My skin looks amazing and is still glowing the next day !!!

Just hear to say I had my first appointment yesterday at 8am in DC. The room smelled like weed, I received no consult, and my dermaplane service left my with nicks on my face and painfully dry. Customer service refused to cancel my membership because of their policies even though I agreed to pay for services rendered. Totally unsafe and unprofessional, my face looks awful, and now I’m stuck with them for hundreds of dollars more of services.
