She's not very nice to Asian patients. I saw her being warmer and more helpful to Caucasian/White patients even though she's Asian. The nurse told me that her husband is White so that maybe why she's nicer to White people than Asians. I told her my eye problems, and she spent less than 5 minutes hearing them and yawned before seeing another patient. She seemed very lazy and rude to me. Most of the time, I spoke to the nurses and the medical resident.

Not a good experience. I waited 35 minutes after my appointment time to be shown into the exam room. I was actually examined by her for less than 10 minutes of the hour and a half I spent there.

Dr grace is excellent in her job she’s very kind and sweet I have more then 5 years visiting her and very happy to have her as my eyes Dr I recommend her ?? and her teem is very nice too

Dr. Grace Sun is a very professional and methodical practitioner of her field. Imbued with confidence surely by her experience, Dr. Sun gave me confidence in the outcome even before the cataract removals and goniotomies she performed. More importantly, she was as involved in the post-surgery care as she was pre-surgery.

What a pleasure it was to see Dr. Sun. This was my first visit. The tech in her office, Holly was wonderful! I talk a lot, and she listened to every single thing. Very compassionate. Dr. Sun, what can I say but, what a wonderful doctor. She made me feel very comfortable. She too, took her time and listened to everything I had to say. Many do not. She is really smart, kind and professional! That's what we all need. Not just someone who can check you out but someone who listens too.

She is absolutely the best doctor for cataract surgery. Uptown Cornell facility is breath taking.

My 65 year old mom went to see the doc all the way from Queens to the city in this snow and got 20 min late and they returned her back seeing they cannot see her because of the busy schedule. I called and requested but said no and returned her.
