Dr. Franks is patience, knowledgeable, and clearly beyond skilled. She takes the time to answer each of my questions in detail. I've been happy with every visit with her and her team over the years and always look forward to returning when I am back in NYC. Thank you!!

I am updating my initial (accidental) rating of this office from a 4 to a 5!!!!I do not ever remember posting a rating and was mortified to receive a 'thank you' email from google just now. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? I've been going here for approximately 3 years now. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE DOCTORS AND STAFF. So pleasant/friendly, always greet you with a smile and actually listen to your concerns without making you feel rushed. These doctors truly care! Dr. Schaefer is wonderful and has the patience of a saint (especially w/ me and all my questions) LOL. I actually look forward to my next visit just so I can see everyone again. I don't know why I never thought to post a review before ... but I highly recommend them.

I look in the mirror every morning now and say, WOW, I can't believe how great I look. I thank Dr. Erin Gilbert and call her the "wizard!" for her magic hands and knowledge and, I think, making me look 10 plus years younger!!! It's just amazing to me...no more "11" lines, marinotte lines so diminished (almost gone!) and my skin soooooooooo smooth. I can even run out without make-up on off days!! One of the best visits to a doctor I've ever made!!! And, the compliments keep coming, but I'm not telling, will just recommend a visit to the dermatologist, Dr. Gilbert, at Gramercy Park Dermatology!

Dr. Erin Gilbert was highly recommended to me by another, well-respected dermatologist, and I am grateful for that recommendation. I brought my young son to Dr. Gilbert for the treatment of a skin infection. She was able to put him at ease, and was very kind and patient with him. She is very professional, and always takes the time to answer our questions thoroughly. I was so impressed with Dr. Gilbert that I plan on scheduling an appointment with her for myself.

Dr. Erin Gilbert is the best! She is polished, professional, a great listener, (and she has great skin)! I am a working mom in my early 40's and want to look my best, but look my age. Dr. Gilbert listened to all of my issues and questions and came up with realistic, effective, easy treatments and suggestions that have made me look light years better without it being totally obvious that I've done something new. She has serious cosmetic skills involving injectables, lasers, and overall skin regimen sugestions. In addition, friends of mine rave about her being great with pediatric patients and adult acne patients, so she "does it all" and does it all well.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
