This was an excellent experience, and I am so grateful for the consulting provided over the phone to help me book the right service. I had a lot of detailed questions, and they provided detailed answers on the phone. When I went to my service, the massage therapist was precise and professional. Thank you!
My wife and I had duet service with Lia and Adam. Was fantastic! Gonna keep going back!
Wonderful massage, facial was okay (was attempted to be up-charged immediately walking in). My main issue was that the water facilities were way too small given the amount of people that were allowed to use them. Hot tub comfortably fits 6-8 people and the cold plunge 2. We spent most of our time waiting in chairs for there to be space in the pools. However, the staff were very kind and helpful and my actual treatments were very good. On the pricier side if you take out the inability to use the water facilities. Sauna was excellent and proportionally large compared to the rest of the space. Also most guests felt comfortable to speak at full volume which in my opinion is unusual for a spa so vibes are mid. I am sure coming at a less busy time is a better experience. We also had a bridal party and a few larger groups hanging in the water facilities while we were there. Overall relaxing treatments, probably will not come back given price & facilities.
Really great facial! A really good deal for the price to be able to use the facilities as well before your treatment. It's a great place to skip work for an afternoon on a weekday ◡̈
The staff was lovely as was the service but I was disappointed in the facilities. Steam room out of order, water fountains out of order, the water in the pools was dirty. It’s a nice lounge are and if you go for a service it feels worth it, but I would be disappointed if I paid $70 just for those facilities
Such a relaxing place to go when it's cold out in nyc. Not only can you get a fabulous massage, you can chill in their hot tubs or simply around them. Definitely recommend.
As badly as I want to gatekeep this place I have to scream from the top of the mountains that this place is heaven on earth and the best spa in nyc. I can’t recommend more. 10 thumbs up.
I had a wonderful time at Great Jones Spa. Used the amazing water lounge before my facial and the saunas. They really opened up my pores to be ready for my facial appointment with Judy. She gave me a wonderful experience and great advice curated for my skin!
Nice deep cleansing skincare products and facial
I’ve been going to Great Jones Spa for monthly prenatal massages and truly can’t recommend it enough. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable and I fully trust them — which is so important during pregnancy. The spa is always spotless, calm, and genuinely relaxing. The front desk staff and locker room attendants are also exceptionally kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience feel seamless from start to finish. It’s become my favorite monthly reset.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
