My wife has only been charged monthly about 400 for nothing, $2300 dollars later, and 6 months of back and forth with the worst manager Diana. Not worth it, poor customer service staff lies about information.

Worst place for hair , once they take your money , they don't care , No empathy for people with cancer , a bunch of thieves ! I have prove , of all the money they stole from me !

Worst place for hair in NYC , Madison Ave , they are thieves , stolen almost 5,000 dollars from me giving me diff excuses , I have documents , cancer due to 9/11 WTC disaster ,don’t be a next victim !

I’ve been with Hairclub for 10 years and is worth it. My hair looks healthy I really like it Thank you for making my hair always amazing🙏

You charge $230+ for a servicing (1 hour) that last 2 weeks.($460/month) I am sorry but this service at most cost $110 (which is what I paid before the price hike) for NYC because you offer no more than a haircut. Please look at your competition of boutiques because you get more of a value from them. Stop taking advantage of your clientele because your service is no different. (Ain’t getting champagne and massages from my session)
