Ro was an excellent agent that I had the pleasure of conversing with via the agent chat option under the CannaCareDocs Webpage. Ro was patient, informative and extremely friendly. Also, the fact that all of my questions were answered and in a timely manner (immediately after sending them) was truly a relief as some sites have chat agents that take 15mins to reply to every question asked and it winds up being SO TIME CONSUMING! Ro, made this experience very easy and smooth and I I ly wish every chat agent was as great as Ro was!!! RO DESERVES A RAISE!!! FOR REAL THOUGH. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM! THEY CHARGED $149 TWICE AND NEVER CALLED ME FOR MY CONSULTATION. WHEN I FINALLY GOT SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK, THEY HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I TOLD THEM WHAT THEY HAD DONE. I HAD TO CANCEL MY BANK CARD.

THEY TOOK 140.00 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT & I WAS NOT RENDERED A SERVICE!! IT'S BEEN 12 DAYS. NOBODY IS GETTING BACK WITH ME. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO TAKE MONEY. I DIDN'T HAVE AN ID NUMBER WHEN THEY TOOK MY MONEY. WENT TO THE DISPENSARY TWICE AND HAD TO PAY FULL PRICE. I WANT MY MONEY!!!!
