I definitely recommend this place to physical therapy. Manager is adorable. Staff is very helpful. This place accommodates you I. All your needs to get better. Reception is very friends including the staff,
Excellent physical therapy, convenient location, and helpful staff who guide with recovery from injuries and train you with a variety of exercises.
Post shoulder surgery: impressed and so professional. After complicated shoulder surgery (tendons rupture, bicep teared, arthritis), my recovery is more than impressive. They know so much about muscles, mobility, exercise and I am recovering so fast. They are super knowledgeable and very attentive to patients concern. I trust them 100% and this is the place for serious care. Thank you.
Excellent therapists, great vibes, caring personnel.
I'm sorry I cannot give this place a good review. I had a stroke and was looking for restoring my balance. After two years I went through 3 therapists and the same with assistants. My objection is they are not consistent. There is a high turnover. I am still on my rolator and thought I would be off of it by now. No, it did not happen. I know this place did not work for me.
Expirenced and knowledgeable therapist. Work you hard with great accomplishments. Friendly staff.
The PT was not even passable. Insistence on using particular Pilates machines even when explaining they caused pain? Then, the anti-vax crap in *2022*? Bragging, "I got it, no big deal." Further: If you are in a PT environment and you only get to see the PT for 5 minutes, it is just a rip-off as they send very sweet but not even BA level therapists your way. The one star is for the Thursday masseuse who was the only professionally adept individual at this facility. In fact, she was VERY worried about COVID starting in late 2019! The rest of the staff should have listened to her concerns as she was right-on. Why do health care professionals go into the field if they do NOT believe in science? I mean, how do they even become degreed specialists?! (And for the braggart(s) unconcerned about repeated infections, read this: https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-research-matters/long-covid-symptoms-linked-inflammation )
Professional, kind and experienced staff, help people heal by addressing underlying issues
I'm so sad to discover this location is anti-vax and incredibly unkind--in fact, outright rude--about it. I planned to come here due to a serious back injury. About ten years ago I went to their UES location for a different (related) back injury and they helped me walk again. When I called to make my appointment, I inquired about their vaccine requirements and statuses with their therapists. The receptionist immediately became abrasive and dismissive. They claimed it's a HIPAA violation for me to even ask. (It's not.) They shouted at me to cancel my appointment. They asked if I'd like to email management; I said, "yes, I'd be happy to. Please provide me with that email." They hung up on me. I'm so disappointed. Whatever you may believe about this pandemic and it's treatments, that is not a way to treat a patient. For your own health, safety, and peace of mind, avoid them. Go to another PT.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
