Unless you are in a complete bind I would not recommend this physician as a primary care physician. I felt dismissed when I was expressing my concerns at my first appointment. I came in a second time to pick up my physical paper and I had to make an appointment. This was so she can bill my insurance for filling out my paper. Unnecessary but I understand because it is her time. Also attempts to upsell you on services which is odd for a PCP. Overall would not recommend.

DANGEROUS! Beware. I went in for coolsculpting on my love handles. Look at the pic attached. The woman Irina Lechuk put each of the applicators in completely different spots. One we was correct but the other was many inches higher. On my mid back. I complained during that it felt too high. She said it was fine and not to worry. They said that over and over the whole time. The whole process was a mess. She didn't even hold the applicators on me during the process. She props it up with old towels and pillows that look like they came from home. So nobody was controlling the placement of an expensive and dangerous piece of equipment that literally freezes your body. They just left the room and left me laying there. DO NOT GO.

They do it one side/applicator at a time and marked me body with a blue marker before doing it so they know where to place the applicators (remember this). So I complained during the process that it felt too high up my back compared to the first applicator. I wanted love handles not mid back. She said it was fine and not to worry. They repeatedly said that during the whole process which was a mess (as was their office). She didn't even hold the applicators on me during the 35 process which led to it slipping off multiple times (which hurts bc it's a powerful vacuum and freezing air). She propped the machine up with old towels and pillows that look like they came from home. So nobody was controlling the placement of an expensive and dangerous piece of equipment that literally freezes your body. And SURE ENOUGH when I looked in the mirror her placement of the applicator didn't even touch where she had marked me (see photo). DO NOT GO IF YOU CARE ABOUT RESULTS

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. It's the worst and you can tell my the tone of the staff once you give them a call. Dr. Irina Lelchuk assistant is TERRIBLE she should not be working with patients. The lady has no medical knowledge and will only give you a hard time about everything. She's difficult to work with. On top of this, the office isn't technology equipped. You can't see your results online and they can only give you hard copies of test results when you go into the office to request for it. No one has time for that these days and everything should be easily accessible. Some of the staff has a NASTY attitude. On top of this visited this office for an annual physical, and they will not refill my allergy spray saying I need to make a dr appointment to request for a refill. this is ridiculous.

Very unprofessional I can't imagine this place isn't a scam. I called after purchasing and will not be going.

Not a good experience. when i called to make an appointment for velashape i was told i had to pay 48$ in tax , grautity and reservation fee. all i asked for was a breakdown of the 48$ into the three categories. They would not provide. they told me i had to pay the fee that minute. Before the appointment could be finalized. i laughed and said -good bye. i dont think this is the place to invest your money. I wonder if the aesthetists ever see that gratuity

This place really lacks a lot of professionalism . The receptionists aren't really knowledgeable on the services being offered and when asked they basically just try to sell you the treatment without being able to have an in depth convo . On top of that the workers there don't come off clean cut and poised . The actual doctors aren't much better .

The Cavi Lipo absolutely works! Very clean office and nice staff. I will use their services again.
