Dr R is the best!!! I am a physician myself, and I can say without a doubt, she has a wonderful bedside manner. She answered all of my questions and made me feel at home. She was not rushed during the visit and took time to get to know me and find out what’s going on in my life, apart from my dermatological issues. I send all of my referrals to her—she is THE BEST!!!

When a doctor writes you a script for a medicine that has a black box warning on it, you have the right to be nervous and ask questions. However, "Dr. R" was clearly annoyed by my questions. Additionally, during my follow-up appointment she gave me a completely different treatment plan than we discussed at our earlier appointment. I was not a fan of her bedside manner at all. Hard pass.

Dr. Helen Radoszycki is one of the best doctors I've seen in NY. I've met a lot of doctors who run 'factories', and put their pocketbooks before their patients. She is the opposite. She is extremely gentle and has a very compassionate "bedside" manner. I didn't feel anything when she removed a growth, not even the novocaine shot. She takes her time with her patients and doesn't rush through their appointments. I would highly recommend her, and would not consider using any other dermotologist in NYC.

She was very dismissive of what I had to say. Barely looked at my concerns. I have changed doctors and I know for sure I made the right decision to not return to Dr. Radoszycki.

Very professional, knowledgeable and excellent patient skills. I had several moles removed; one needed further surgery as the biopsy showed abnormal cell growth. She made sure I was informed and aware of everything. The front desk staff are not so helpful but, considering the doctor's skills and courtesy and that of her assistants, I will happily continue as her patient.

My husband is her patient.. each time that he has been to her office he has had to wait for an hour. One time he arrived 15 minutes late because of train issues from Manhattan to have a small surgery and he was turned away! I had to call and speak with the Doctor myself in order to have him reschedule his appt. As the girls at the front desk, which are not helpful said they couldn't help me.
