This office is clean and professional and the staff and the dentist make me feel very welcome. They explain procedures to me well, answer all my questions, and treat me as if I were their own family. I recommend this place to all of my friends

5 stars without hesitation. Been coming here for 6 years to see Dr Yam and the dental hygienists. Great dentist and great hygienists and staff - I’ve had some bad experiences with other dentists and always dreaded getting my teeth cleaned especially but not since I started here. Paola was always great and now that’s she’s gone I was afraid to atartw it’s someone new but Laura did an excellent job dealing with my fears and cleaning my teeth - she wa great, very thorough and gentle, no pain and she was very firm about what I need to do to take care of my teeth! Great experience.

I cannot express my thanks enough for the services rendered at Herald Square Dental by Dr. Yam. In what takes some dentists weeks to complete, I walked out of there with my smile back. My only regret is that I didn’t come here sooner. If you’re in need of implants, a bridge, or “any” apparatus, don’t look any further and run, don’t walk here. Dr. Yam will hook you up!

Everyone at Herald Square dentist is awesome. The hygienist, dentists, and their assistants, as well as the front desk staff are all very patient. They are happy to explain and re-explain if there is something you don't understand or is unclear. They are Cooperative, Pleasant, and always Eager to help.

I am happy to write about the remarkable service I have received. This is a very professional dental practice with staff that truly hear your needs. Cleanliness and a pleasant waiting area relaxes you before treatment. You are greeted with a smile upon entry from the reception area. I recommend this dental practice whole heartedly.

Dr. Ian Pasch is outstanding - my mother who is 95 was treated as a whole person with explanations and care. We did not think such professional work could be completed in one day but it was. This is the advantage of having the lab on site and dentists who care to inspect the work. Thank You.
