Hey Joo Kang's Online Review Report Card

Been seeing Dr Kang for quite a while now and she has always provided pragmatic advice with genuine care for a positive outcome. Highly recommend if you are seeking an infertility expert who’s balanced between well experienced and empathetic.

Dr. Kang was very patient and helpful in answering all my questions. I never felt rushed when speaking with her. She is extremely thorough and detailed in her explanations.

Dr. Kang is incredibly kind, but she is also very direct. She provides evidence-based reasons for her decision-making and treatment plans. She diagnosed the reason for my infertility in one visit and recommended a fabulous uterine surgeon at Cornell. I am hopeful that I will be able to achieve pregnancy under her guidance. I was concerned when I read a few reviews that mentioned she can come off as cold, but I found her to be extremely warm and encouraging. She spent over an hour with my husband and me on our first visit and answered all our questions, despite having a very busy clinic.

Dr. Kang is a great doctor with an upbeat bedside manner. She made the egg retrieval process seamless for me. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kang and her team to someone considering fertility treatments.

Dr Kang is incredibly kind, smart, caring and your biggest cheerleader for success. I could not trust or recommend a doctor more.

I highly recommend Dr. Kang and the Weill Cornell clinic overall. She was the right amount of positive and realistic and ultimately I was successful on conceiving my daughter after several IUIs and then two rounds of IVF. I always felt like I was in great hands and remained confident that I would be able to start a family. Once my pregnancy started, there was a bit of a scare of whether it would be viable, and I really appreciated that Dr. Kang let me come in whenever I wanted to check on the progress and relieve my anxiety (and ultimately it all worked out!). Also, have the first round of IVF, she adjusted my medication but remained positive and I thought this was the right approach (and it worked)! The nursing staff is also very helpful and friendly. It's certainly a busy clinic but that didn't bother me. I wanted a place and a doctor with experience and success. I definitely recommend her and I'll certainly be returning to her when the time comes to give my daughter a sibling!

I’ve had such a positive experience with dr. Kang. She is attentive, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. She is a dr who really cares for her patients, and makes sure they understand whatever situation they are in. With all of my questions Dr. Kang did not make me feel rushed, and took the time to ease whatever concerns I had. I highly recommend dr. Kang.

Clearly stated the next steps and procedures that needed to happen. Very polite and pleasant. Follow up care when results where out of the normal range and was able to address how to handle it going forward. Amazing doctor!

Dr Kang has been a pleasure to work with through a difficult process - she's sensitive, compassionate, encouraging and realistic, and we even found humor at points!
