I had a painful, debilitating back flare up at the end of 2024 and had difficulty walking, standing, bending at the waist, and sleeping. After working with Jason, I am back to running, working out (doing box jumps!), and swimming. More importantly, he left me with a series of scaleable exercises and stretches that are now a part of my daily routine as well as an emergency plan of exercises in the event of future flare ups. Very professional/knowledgeable PT focused on getting clients back to doing the activities they love.

shannon is the best- she is so kind and easy to talk to; beyond that she is a great PT- very good at answering questions and updating home excersises as needed

I have had an amazing experience at HOPT with Dr. Shannon Keane. She immediately knew what to work on based on my X-rays and diagnosis. She worked with me to progress and adjust my exercises to make them the most effective for my knee issue. I thought I’d never get over the pain in my knee but now I am totally pain free and getting stronger every day. Not only is she an ultimate professional, she’s so fun to talk to and has a fabulous bedside manner. HIGHLY recommend. Also, Julie has handled the administration like a pro. She has been clear, communicative, and very responsive. She managed my insurance submissions perfectly, requiring practically no effort from me. I inquired about three PT offices when I started my PT journey and Julie and HOPT were the clear winner - very very organized. Thank you so much Dr. Shannon, Julie, and HOPT!

Great experience! Dr. Alberto Segura is amazing, he helped me a lot and in just a few sessions. I also appreciated how he was explaining what he was going to do and why. To me, it is very important to understand what is going on. I definitely recommend him.

My prior experience with PT has been up and down: I have received good treatment if my condition is easy to diagnose and the Dr of PT identifies the correct solution before passing treatment to the PT Techs, and received very little relief when visiting for something like back pain which is far more nebulous. I was recommended House of PT by a friend who noted that every employee is a Doctor and every minute of every session is under their treatment. In my 6 months of therapy I have made more progress on my lower back pain than in years of self and clinical therapy. I attribute this to the fact that Dr Shannon is able to recognize imbalances and adapt our routine to combat discomfort and stiffness that migrates through the complicated interconnection of core and back muscles. She is never complacent and always encouraging, and that has led to significant progress and overcoming all the lapses in comfort along the way. The office team of Dawn and Julie are also delightful and incredibly helpful. I could not recommend the House of PT team more!

Working with Dr Alberto Segura, Jr. the last few years has kept me on the field playing at a high level. He does an excellent job of first, addressing the pain, and then once that's resolved building me back up. The one-on-one attention at HoPT is a big difference from other PT shops where the PT has to juggle multiple patients at once. Here he can focus on one and it shows in the results and in the experience. Highly recommend.
