Mainardi disagreed with the last allergist who saw me and explained his new diagnosis very clearly. Very pleasant to interact with and gave me much more clarity about my condition. Best possible experience, after a worse experience elsewhere.

The front desk was polite and helped me when i had arrived late due to traffic, They do have a strict 15 min grace period however i was still seen within 20 mins from DR. Rose. Great first experience!

Sadly it seems like this place only cares about money. My 5 yr old daughter starts kindergarten at a new school and I kindly requested that allergy forms be filled out before the start of school so they can administer an epi pen. Because my daughter was seen on September 23rd of 2022 they refused to sign the papers unless my daughter came in for an appointment because we were coming up on the year mark. The soonest the doctor was available was the first day of school. I said no problem, I can schedule an appointment and come that day but can you please just have the papers filled out, god forbid something happens that first day of school so they can administer the meds. They refused and said it's company policy. Exceptions should be made, especially since it has to do with the safety of my daughter and her severe food allergies. Shame on you Hudson Allergy. I will be finding another practice for my daughter.

Dr. Alexis was great with my daughter and I really appreciated how she explained everything thoroughly. She listened to my concerns attentively and I was very happy with the quality of care received. As a bonus, the staff was very nice and courteous.
