I went in with horrible lower back pain. After just our first visit my back felt worlds better, Dr Casanova didn't just address the issue, he sought out the root cause and has been working with me to relieve my pain, alleviate knotted tension, and prevent future aches and pains! Alvin and Dr Casanova will take amazing care of you at their office a short walk from Grand Central!

My back has never felt better I'm so glad I came to Dr Casanova and his assistant he knows what he's doing he takes care of your back and I highly recommend anyone to go to him who's having problems with their back and their posture and chronic pain in the lower back area or the back neck spine he gets more than five stars for me and I sincerely mean that thank you so much about the Casanova and also making me a warehouse important it is to see a chiropractor
