i am not a patient but a interviewee ! the worst wasn't the front desk ppl but worst manner are the manager ! she came in and give me the feeling is questioning me more then in interview ! also ask my past experience ! i told her then she raise up her voice and said " don't you understand my question? that was the office manager in manhattan
office manager have a bad manner … very rude ! what is the manage level look like the staff absolutely are the same kind
This office's front desk staff and manager are surely something else. They are consistently the most condescending people I've spoken to. Dr. Chan was nice, but I don't want to go through the front desk to be felt less of a person every single time. I will find another provider.
worst front desk I have ever encountered, she was yelling at me over the phone for a basic question
Dr. Chan is a kind and patient individual who provides thorough answers to your questions. While many reviews mention that the front desk staff can be rude, I partially agree because I observed them speaking loudly to elderly individuals and those who don't speak English. However, I did not experience this myself. Overall, my visit was a positive experience. I will recommend Dr Chan to others.
Good doctor but extremely worst front desk with no knowledge and experience. Attitude is extremely bad. Why would getting blood work my responsibility. I have to go to the lab and grab the correct phone number for them to call. Waste my time and isnt this their job.
The doctor is very concerned about his patients and very knowledgeable. I have been very happy with his care of my eyesight. He is very responsive and pleasant.
Let's just say once is more than enough??? haha LOL...These rude stupid front desks are always a problem in these small clinics. Even their so called managers if you can call them that.
Terrible experience in this clinic. Terrible staff especially the front desk girl, she is rude, impatient and impolite. I went here several times and I could see her yelling to elderly. Would not recommend anyone to here because of those staffs.
I was referred to this office for black spots visible in my fundus. Upon examination, Dr. Ian Chan prescribe me a medicine that wasn't fully covered by Medicaid(80% would only be covered), the rest was out of pocket(around $400 per dose usage). However after 4 visits and paying $1600 for the medicine within a year timespan, I decide to go to another doctor when results weren't desirable and getting worse. I decided to ask Ian Chan for the medicine's name. When the new doctor was given the name, he told me that the medicine Dr. Ian Chan prescribed to me isn't even covered by Medicaid. After hearing that, I realized that Dr. Ian Chan had scammed me. Don't come to visit this doctor and take his words with a grain of salt. This is my experience. Beware of this Dr. Ian Chan, "unscrupulous doctor" 我被轉介到这間診所見Dr.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
