Hands down this is the most powerful protocol. If you want a food solution (i.e. enjoy eating) and rather avoid injections and drugs well then this is your place. End yoyo dieting, get to the root cause of weight loss and regaining! It's time to feel amazing. We deserve it. Thanks for doing the work you do Taso!
