I've struggled with endometriosis and resulting chronic low back pain for many years. Having tried a multitude of western medicine approaches with no lasting relief, I am beyond grateful to have found Tsao and her depth of wisdom in working with Chinese herbs. For the first time I have sustained pain relief and I can feel the change happening in my body. Tsao is a compassionate listener who walks alongside you in your healing journey. I've been seeing Tsao for a few sessions now and I'm very excited about my journey with her. My first appointment was spent extensively going over all of the details of my history and I felt I was in very good hands. She cared deeply about everything we spoke of and I felt a real warmth from her. Her office is a very calming space and I've left each session feeling relaxed and centered. She's also given me knowledge on vitamins and supplements to take as well. I feel good leaving her office, both emotionally and physically and I'm grateful that I was referred to her by a friend.

Tsao is not a run-of-the-mill kind of acupuncturist. She is your partner on your health care journey and is invested in your well-being. She continues to educate herself on patients’ conditions and ways to make them feel better, which I appreciate, and goes to show her dedication in the healing world. She’s very approachable – she listens and never judges. She also has some sixth sense about certain things and is very spiritual but not in an oversaturated way. I always feel good and relaxed after my sessions with Tsao. She is your one-stop shop for well-rounded healing.

If you are looking for the most effective acupuncture experience look no further. Tsao is an absolutely incredible practitioner and person — it’s been a joy to work with her. Through our sessions and incorporating her lifestyle suggestions, I have seen amazing progress in my hormonal symptoms and am thrilled with how much better my cycle has been.
