I had an excellent experience at Integrative Physical Therapy of NYC. Ofie’s warm smile is the first thing that greets you. She got me set up quickly and handled all the insurance details smoothly, which lifted a huge burden at a time when I really needed to focus on healing. Dr. Frank is an outstanding physical therapist. He is calm, attentive, and deeply knowledgeable. He always took the time to answer my questions. My doctor was surprised by how quickly I improved and even asked who was handling my physical therapy. The office is clean, well run, and always on time. I highly recommend it if you're looking for serious, results oriented care.

I have been seeing Dr. Mackenzie Grillo throughout my pregnancy for my chronic back pain and she has absolutely transformed my quality of life. She has given me everything from stretches, optimal sleep positions, and manual treatments that have tremendously eased my pain. Now in my third trimester, my back pain has significantly been reduced, I am sleeping through the night and I am able to get through a long work day on my feet. I cannot recommend Dr. Mackenzie enough for her knowledge, expertise and kindness. I don’t know how I would get through my pregnancy without her!

Integrative Physical Therapy is an amazing place. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I've been seeing Frank and Jim for my herniated disc in my neck, and the therapy has been incredibly beneficial. Both Frank and Jim are knowledgeable, caring, and professional. I truly believe Integrative Physical Therapy is the best place for physical therapy in New York City.

I am recovering from a back injury and Kelsey is amazing: knowledgeable, communicative, and accommodating. In general, it was a pleasure to interact with anyone who works here. Would definitely recommend.

Frank was excellent! Was able to fit me in despite my tight schedule, he is very professional and helped me realise the injury I have is not that severe I felt better after the treatment and came out well informed on what I needed to do to recover.

I had the opportunity of volunteering at Integrative for several weeks, as I am preparing for PT school. My experience was awesome! The clinic is clean and organized, and the entire staff is extremely kind and approachable. The therapists are knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring each patient receives personalized care. The whole team at ITP is amazing. They helped me so much with my torn labrum, and again with my wrist following a ganglion cyst excision.
