List of Isaac Kligman's Reviews
Dr. Kligman is the best human being I could ever meet. Caring, professional, gracious, knowledgeable and patience among other qualities. Thanks to him we have twins 7 years ago and I still seeing him as my GYN. I couldn’t be in better hands !!! Dilcia is also sweet, always with a smile in her face and make me feel welcome all the time. Highly recommend.
I was referred to Dr. Kligman by multiple coworkers. He is compassionate and smart. My retrieval was successful. His nursing team are also incredible.
Dr. Kligman is the absolute best! He has helped me in so many ways and continues to do so! He is the only doctor who found out why I am having fertility issues and who is actually doing something about it. We are still on this journey but I'm so grateful for him! He has done more for me then any other doctor! Highly recommend !
Dr. Kligman is very pleasant on the surface when initially meeting him.... not sure if he is a product of this awful practice and infertility center (because all the other clinics I am a patient in seem to operate differently so I'm only speaking in behalf of Cornell's reproductive medicine), but every time I come here, I feel like I am being brushed off and another number for their books. Dr. Kligman repeats unnecessary tests, bloodworks and sonograms after repeatedly asking if we performed tests like Hsg, etc that were already performed but he just couldn't take a second to open my chart before seeing me. Also, he told me if I want to skip IUI, and go straight to IVF with no known infertility issues btw..... to be his guest and do so. He is a businessman. Pleasant and amicable but not a personal care in the world for your well being. Lazily opens up your file on the screen every time Bc he's so disorganized and can't remember anything. I think he is just worn out from his profession and maybe once was a good doctor who cared. Very unhappy with the care here. They put more emphasis on "checking out with Vanessa" And their other administrative assistants dealing with billing than they do with their patients. It's sad and frustrating when you come with hope to seek help and get this kind of apathetic treatment.
Dr Kligman is a highly skilled and compassionate Doctor ! He is also very positive , confident in his skills with a great sense of humor . He came highly recommended and I’m glad I went with the recommendations. I had such a great experience with all my treatments .
I was so lucky to know this amazing doctor. He is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He has got Miracle hands and I can’t thank him enough. We were blessed with our baby girl who is 8 months old now. Thanks to Dr Kligman the impossible became very much possible.. I highly recommend him.
Cornell Fertility is a factory. I went here for several years but they did not get me pregnant. A dozen rounds of insemination did not work because they always did it too early and refused to listen to me that i thought I was ovulating after the procedure. When this procedure did not work they refused me ivf because my fsa was suddenly too high, but really that means my chances were lower and they did not want my lack of success to ruin their stats. After adopting, i switched doctors and fertility practices and guess what, pregnant on first try because they did the insemination later in my cycle after a home ovulation test and did it two days in a row. Over 3 years at Cornell I saw mostly technicians, only saw Dr. Kligman a few times. Also had to schlep in every morning each month on day 7 (8 9 10 and 11 also) for bloodwork but never ovulated until day 11, which was grueling and expensive and possibly the reason for having to quit my job. If I sound bitter, I am actually not, I am writing this review only after years of joy with my almost grown family. He is very nice and competent I should have mentioned, but he is at Cornell and their system is what it is. And I definitively would not believe their stats.
We came to Dr. Kligman for IVF treatement through a word of mouth recommendation. At every visit he was attentive, clear, walked us through all the alternatives and took the time to listen and answer to everything we needed to say or ask, as many times as we needed to do so. Throughout the treatement he demonstrated not only clinical knowledge but also a keen clinical eye. He is empathic, considerate and an outstanding clinician. His staff are equally helpful. IVF treatment is time consuming in every possible way (actual hours, mental and emotional). A lot of time is devoted to it every day and for a long period of time. It involves waiting in doctor's offices and at home for hormones to rise and fall, for results to arrive, doing "IVF things" every day, getting frustrated and begginning anew, or not, making choices and living with them. Throughout this incredibly intense time, Dr. Kligman was with us every step of the way and we felt like we had a caring and kind person and physician looking out for us. We cannot recommend him and the Cornell IVF staff more strongly.
He saved my reproductive organs and because of him, I have two beautiful healthy children. I was dismissed by many Drs as having "just cramps" for years until I saw Dr. Kligman. He immediately took me seriously, rushed me into a laparoscopy to find severe stage 4 endometriosis. I was only 22 years old and had such damage already but because of his swift action and actually listening to his patients unlike so many others, my uterus and ovaries were saved and I did not need a hysterectomy. He is a fantastic surgeon and Dr. You are in good hands if you are his patient! Thank you, Dr. K!
He was very condescending and he recommended gestational carrier instead of listening to the fact we are not interested in that. The problem isn't we can't get pregnant it's a GI issue. Also these days what doctor doesn't use s computer and uses a ball point pen. He suggested he would use "the google". Try someone less technologically challenged.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
