Good MD for the first time my daughter saw her since the previous MD left. What I really want to point and give and extra A+ is the waiting list originally the appointment was for January 2023, but the girl sorry can’t recall the name told me I will place you on the waiting list if something sooner comes up. Honestly I thought she said to say it, but I was surprised when mychart app sent me the notification for a sooner appointment and of course I took it right away. Welcome to the practice MD and thanks Weill Cornell for the help.

I was extremely disappointed with this doctors visit. I know that she is a neurologist. If a child comes to her and does not have a neurological issue it doesn’t mean that nothing is wrong and it is all in their head. We always find that Weill Cornell offices run smoothly and efficiently, and are extremely clean. Dr. Palaganas was absolutely fantastic. She knew how to talk to both a teenager and a parent. She was extremely clear and understandable, and she was also a very positive person. She made this visit as enjoyable as possible and I highly recommend her.

My daughter is a new patient but has seen a pediatric neurologist in the past. We are pleased with the care we got from Dr. Palaganas. She listed carefully to our concerns, examined, explained, and answered all our questions. Unfortunately, my daughter's condition got worse, and our follow-up appointment was too far away for her needs. I reached out and was able to get an earlier appointment, and the help my daughter needed. I feel we are taken care of well. That effort was made by the staff to help and support my daughter's medical needs.
