I found Dr Schneider to be friendly and personable. She listened to my questions and concerns and answered all thoroughly, before and after my examination. In addition l was taken on time and greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Definitely a plus to the field of dermatology.

Dr. Schneider is kind and quite informative with her responses. However, If I can rate the Physcian Assistant that I saw for my follow-up today, which (was supposed to be with Dr. Schneider) I would give this review no stars. I really dislike when I go to a medical practice to seek care and I feel like the medical professional does not genuinly want to provide treatment and is only doing so because it's their job. The Physician Assistant that treated me did not answer my question and instead disregarded my main concerns and provided me with responses that I already knew or could be found on the internet. I think if I paid out of pocket or came in for a costly procedure I would have been treated with upmost care and my issues would have been resolved.

She likes to make you wait a long time in the waiting room. I guess that is somewhat common but it is still not right. I left - on to a new derm.

Dr. Schneider is great, she spends just the right amount of time with you, answers any questions and is realistic when it comes to skin care treatment. She usually has a medical assistant with her during the appointment which takes away from the personal patient / doctor experience. The office is a little over whelming as people are constantly coming in and out. The office staff is accommodating but not the most knowledgeable when it comes to insurance.
