His office staff is very welcoming and professional. Dr. Penzer made me feel at ease and took a lot of time going over my medical history and answered all my questions. This was my first time having a colonoscopy at his office and everything went smoothly. You will be in good hands here.

I am so glad I found dr penzer he is one of the most wonderful human beings. He made me feel comfortable, at ease, and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Penzer informed me I would need a Colostomy bag for the rest of my life, standing up, without even taking his hands out of his pockets. He insisted I have surgery right away, and I actually set up a date. He said any other doctor would give me the same opinion. I thought about it, canceled surgery and went to Sloan Kettering where I saw Dr. Garcia Aguilar. He told me it was possible to save part of my colon, and he did. I’m here 5 years out, no bag, and very happy. Also, standard treatment for colorectal cancer is chemo and radiation BEFORE surgery. Avoid Penzer at all costs.

One of the worst things I ever did was to have surgery performed by Jason Penzer. I would never see this doctor again for anything.

I highly recommend you consider a different doctor before going to this one. He is so arrogant and condescending to his patients and after seeking a second opinion, it seems he has little knowledge of his own speciality. Only reccomends surgery when different doctors have told me it’s not necessary. Don’t risk your health by going to him.

Bad experience with the staff. Non cooperative and rude. Also they don't give all the info earlier and on the day of the appointment they do drama.

Very professional. Did a great surgery laparascopically. Perfect follow up. Nice and friendly. Highly recommended.
