Dr Paccione gives everyone personal attention. We are all here for scary situations and him (and his staff) are very calming and patient. I do miss the centipede though !

Dr. Paccione is great, and the office staff and assistants do their best given non-optimal circumstances. The real negative is the way the office schedules the appointments. Today I arrived and a 10 minute status check took over 2 hours due to the number of other appointments. The scheduling of appointments needs to be managed better and the number of patients scheduled each day should take into account the purpose and estimated length of the patient visits. The current system is not working.
