List of Jeffrey C. Paccione's Reviews
Dr. paccione, although nice, has a rude office worker at his New Rochelle Office. She was rude to an elderly gentleman who only wanted to provide her with his pharmacy information. He was met with a very rude response un necessarily. There was No air conditioning in any of the rooms today. My 79 year old mother and I had a two hour wait In 85 degree humid heat. The tech told me that the ...
This doctor explained thoroughly with my diagnosis peripheral lattice about management and risk/precautions. Has bedside manner personality which is more comfortable to talk.
Everything was amazing, from arrival time to being seen... well clean office and equipment.. friendly staff...professional doctor.
He is the best! His calmness, rationale, and astute understanding are true attributes of a skilled professional.
Every time I have an appointment with him I’m waiting for four plus hours. When I spoke with staff to expedite the process they just laughed at me. Poor service and a waste of your time and money
He’s an excellent doctor. But, his practice is over-booked and highly inefficient. Today, I arrived for my appointment at 3:00pm and waited 45 minutes to be seen for an initial exam by a staffer. Then I waited another 30 minutes for a retinal scan. After that, I waited a full hour before seeing Dr. Paccione. 2 1/2 hours from arrival to departure is outrageous. If his practice were better managed, I would give him 5 stars. He’s lucky I’m not giving him just one!
Very long wait to see the doctor when a patient has a scheduled appointment
Be prepared to WAIT! Today's appointment was scheduled for 10:45. I didn't get out until 1:20. Of these 155 minutes, 65 were legitimately spent, including 10 minutes for the technician's eyechart and eye pressure tests, plus his administering the pupil-dilating eyedrops, then 40 minutes waiting for the eyedrops to take effect, then 10 minutes for photos of both maculas by another technician, and finally 5 minutes for Dr. Paccione's viewing of the photos and his systematic inspection of the cornea, macula, and the rest of the retina. But the other 115 minutes (58% of the total) were wasted because of apparent overbooking. PS: The doctor is excellent, as are the technicians.
The doctor himself is very good...if you ever get to see him. However his scheduling and office processes are abysmal. Second year in a row of waiting waiting waiting. Finally left. When one arrives on time, one should not wait for an hour and have to ASK for an explanation as to the delay, then not get one, with much indifference from the staff.
great doctor. my vision came back instantly after operation

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
