I could not be happier that I have found Dr. Mechanik. I am a diabetic with heart disease and under his care I am so much better than I was. He is professional, kind and caring. He listens and works with you. I have gone to a couple of endocrinologists but never returned. I would highly recommend Dr. M to anyone in need of a good endo.

Dr. Mechanick is personable, and immensely knowledgeable. Highly recommended to ANYONE who requires the care of an endocrinologist. To the persons who gave reviews that derided Dr. Mechanick: Rest assured, it you who is the problem child, NOT Dr. Mechanick.

I don't understand these positive reviews. Dr. Mechanick was unkind and uncaring. He was unavailable by phone when I had questions about the medication he prescribed. He didn't seem interested in my history or in anything I had to say. I advise anyone who is considering this doctor to do their research and be careful. I should have known, since when I went for my first visit, there was a patient crying in the waiting room!

One on a million He’s professional, caring , and most of all brilliant After going to 4 different docs I flew from Florida to see him. I told him I was going to be his biggest challenge. He laughed and straighten me out in one visit. Just remarkable!

We don’t look for a Zebra in a back of horses he said to me… Well I was diagnosed with multiple rare disorders THAT HE MISSED does that make me a Unicorn and him a failure?

Was sent to him by a Diagnostic Rock Star to confirm a rare diagnosis. He refused. I was ultimately diagnosed and treated for it years later. I am heart broken by his treatment of me.
