Was Great but getting into the meeting was very complicated because we have to fill out forms and pay $35 and enter a bunch of stuff but I would definitely recommend! 😊

BEWARE of DR. CROSS. She charges you over $300 to review your child's records before your actual visit! She also takes forever to discuss evaluations so she can continue to OVERCHARGE your insurance. If your insurance does not cover or you have a deductible you'll be liable for to pay all of this out of pocket on your own. Very disappointing that she would take advantage of my child. What's even worse is that she clearly was reviewing my child's reports during our visit.

Completely disorganized. Wrong diagnosis .,, told me my child was going to have a below average IQ. He looked funny, was going to take strangely .. made me run genetic testing that was unnecessary- -found nothing! After I had already taken him to Johns Hopkins to a geneticist regarding my sons hypotonia and speech delay . She is a disgrace to the profession and had me worried for years. My son is a thriving 5th grader now and doing fabulous and probably the most handsome boy in his class. She is a waste of a degree! I’m a healthcare professional and wasn’t fooled by her when I saw her. She didn’t even test him correctly. Took a call from her daughter in the middle of my out of pocket office visit, So please go somewhere else If your looking forward a developmental pediatrician. She knew what she did to me was wrong / even telling me I think I have scared you and made you feel horrible coming here. Everything she told me was untrue about my child! COMPLETELY WRONG! Including telling me he looked odd like he had a genetic issue? She’s CRAZY! Seriously CRAZY!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Cross for about five years. Dr. Cross is very knowledgeable and kind. She spends a lot of time with us during our appointments and is very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend her.

Yes, the wait for an appointment is long, but totally worth it. Dr. Cross spent a lot of time with us and my child. She is great.
