This practice is terrific. Dr. Jennifer Hong Kuo combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. She’s also an excellent surgeon. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes when I arrive on time for an appointment.I believe she`s the # 1 Tyroid Surgeon. Paul Jean-Louis

My appointment with Dr Kuo was a televisit, so convenient because I live two hours outside the city. Dr Kuo appeared knowledgeable and kind, ordered test and wrote a great letter to my PCP. I look forward to her operating on my parathyroid.

I was deciding if I needed surgery and whether she would be the one to perform it. I had a Zoom meeting with her. She is very knowledgeable. She spoke with me, not at me. She explained why the surgery was necessary after reviewing my chart. I left our meeting feeling very good in her hands.

I have not met Dr.Kuo, but her scheduling secretaries are VERY argumentative and RUDE. They missed spelled my name and scheduled my appointment the wrong day. I feel like her pricing is misleading too. I was scheduled for an appointment for an RFA on my left thyroid. Her price is $3500, but meeting her to discuss the surgery is an additional $800 then the follow up appointments are $800 each. In addition to my travel---more expenses. Thankfully by eating 38+ fruits and vegetables per day my goiter shrunk in size significantly to where it is barely visible. There should be an option of half star. I gave it one star because initially I was attracted to the price of $3500 out of pocket expense.

Dr. Kuo was on time, she was lovely and kind. She made the procedure easy is not very painful. She was fast and just plain great. What a wonderful doctor !!!!!

Dr. Kuo is a wonderful physician. Back in 2015, she performed a right adrenalectomy on me to remove an adrenal adenoma that had been causing me to have extremely elevated and uncontrolled blood pressure. All went well with the surgery and recovery. Now, I'm am back to seeing Dr. Kuo, this time virtually thus far, for possible issues with my left adrenal gland. She is informative, knowledgeable, and very reassuring. Her demeanor and patient skills are very calming during a time that could otherwise be quite stressful. I have complete confidence in my continued care with Dr. Kuo and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone with issues that fall within her practice area.
