I've known many doctors in many specialties. I would recommend few. I travel from central NJ to see Dr. Gordon and I would travel further to be her patient. She is an expert in her field. Her priority is her patient. She is so very responsive and compassionate. She really is the whole package.

Terrible doc. Don't be fooled by her quiet and soft voice. She is not sweet. She is NOT caring. She treats you like a number. She is quick to dismiss and NO FOLLOW UP AT ALL! Sends you for a big blood panel and then it is up to you to figure out the patient portal and analyze your own results. No feedback. No explanations. No clinical insights. No assistance. It's a formula. See the patient, charge for the visit, send for blood work, and adios. Repeat with next patient whom you consider a number. Shame on her! If this is the future of young doctors, the profession is doomed.

Dr. Jessica Gordon is a rheumatologist specializing in Morphea. If you have Morphea, you'll know that it is extremely difficult to find a specialist at Dr. Gordon's caliber. I am so happy to have found her at the Hospital for Special Surgery.I had my initial appointment with her via telemedicine, but my follow-up appointment was in office. Temperature checks were taken in the lobby, and I filled out a questionnaire about how I was feeling the night before my appointment. Before getting to the elevators, I was provided a medical mask, so I stored away the mask I was originally wearing to enter the building.The main office was spotless and social distancing was enforced. Hand sanitizer was readily available in multiple areas, and the waiting room was empty except for one other patient. I was seen quickly too. Visiting a doctor or hospital during COVID times is scary, but the cleanliness of the office was apparent and I was confident that the staff took all the necessary precautions.Back to Dr. Gordon - she is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and has superb bedside manner. My appointment with her really put my mind at ease.Blood results came back quickly, and I was able to view almost immediately on the patient portal.

Dr. Gordon is a fabulous physician in every way - an expert in her field, kind and reassuring, solution oriented and responsive. I travel to see her and it is well worth my time. I could not recommend her highly enough!

Dr. Jessica Gordon is a well versed, compassionate and professional. She is very knowledgeable in auto immune and other rheumatic diseases. I highly recommend her as a physician.

Said I had no Raynauds I wish I could post a picture of My No Raynauds fingers , said that rsd in my Left Knee is what keeps Me From walking when I told her both Legs , thighs give Out , also have myositis and sclederma tested by antibodys and she blew Me Off. Very rude, so hard to travel To the city and it wasn’t worth My While.

I moved and I am looking up some of the doctors that she recommended in my area- but have to say its hard because I really like her. Good doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Gordon for over 2 years. She is extremely knowledgeable about my illness. She has helped me to regain my life. She is very kind and caring. She gets back to you quickly by phone or through the HSS portal. Her office staff is also wonderful.

Dr. Gordon is not only an excellent Rheumatologist, she is excellent in many, many areas. Besides that, she's a really wonderful person. She always responds to messages sent over the HSS portal as well as phone calls. I feel very lucky to have found her.
