I have been a patient of Dr Berman for many years. She is a wonderful doctor. She is very patient and very knowledgeable in her field. She takes the time to explain in great detail the illnesses that she is addressing no matter how complex. Her open and mild manner as I navigated through my complicated medical conditions was a very important source of comfort to me. Dr Berman has sought the best and most appropriate medical treatments for me throughout the years. She makes herself very available through the patient portal at HSS. Having that additional source of communication is very important. She does get back to you as soon as possible when you send her messages through the portal. Dr Berman is one of those rare doctors that truly does care about her patients and will give you the best care possible.

It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Jessica Berman for the first time earlier this month. Despite limitations and restrictions in today’s healthcare arena, Dr. Berman takes the time to genuinely listen to her patients with a patient centered approach. Her knowledge, ingenuity, and expertise in her respected field are clearly evident. In summary, a dedicated, effervescent and bright Rheumatologist like Dr. Berman deserve an honorary plateau and a 5+++ star rating

I have been a patient of Dr Berman for close to 10 years. I have a host of medical issues that affect my immune system and muscles. I have been treated by many doctors throughout the years. By far Dr Berman is in the top 1% of best doctors that I have had the good fortune to have met. Only one other doctor who is now deceased would be in the category of Dr Berman. As I have said, i have been treated by many, many doctors throughout the years. Dr Berman is an exceptional rheumatologist. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field of expertise. She is also very thorough and caring in her treatment. She takes the time to talk to you about your condition(s) and listens to you about your thoughts and concerns. She is very patient, soft spoken & highly intelligent. Dr Berman is very open minded as she researches the various avenues to treatment plans that will be best remedies for your condition. I am delighted to be under the care of Dr Berman. I know that i am very good hands.

Dr. Berman is just wonderful! She spent so much time going over my health records, issues and discussing options. I have not been to a doctor in years who took so much time and care in my health. I feel very lucky and blessed that I found her.

Dr. Berman always takes her time with each individual patient. I never feel rushed. She explains everything and follows up to ensure all is going well. She truly is an amazing doctor.

Dr. Berman is a very knowledgeable, caring and dedicated physcian. She is attentive, thorough and takes time to answer your questions. Whenever i have a question I can email her and she usually responds within 24 hours. There are very few doctors left with this kind of dedication to her patients. She is WONDERFUL!!
