I’m a new patient and newly diagnosed so I was feeling overwhelmed and very anxious. As soon as Dr.Ruan came in and greeted me I felt a sense of calm. She explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns. I feel confident that I am going to get great care. Dr. Ruan and the team at NYP/WC have provided us with skilled medical care by focusing on treatment at both macro and micro levels. She earned our trust by sharing her knowledge, experience, and strategy for attacking my husband's cancer diagnosis. Along the way, she outlined why and how certain chemotherapy coupled with hospitalizations could change the trajectory of his disease. Her PA, Sandra Stewart, and the Weill Cornell Infusion Center team have been nothing short of professional, caring and calming throughout this year. We highly recommend Dr. Jia Ruan.
