Saw my child within 24 hrs of my initial outreach. Support staff worked feverishly to make the visit happen. We thought bv of bureaucracy the visit would be delayed by a week BUT on the morning of the initially scheduled day, we got a phone call and we're given A CHOICE of times we could be seen! We got there, sign in was effortless and we were seen within 1/2 hrs! That was a little later than our scheduled appointment but when the Dr saw us HE ACKNOWLEDGED THAT AND APOLOGIZED ???? He listened carefully to our concerns, explained what we were going through, gave us his professional advice and with our permission, made a referral to a Dr whose staff contacted us within 48 hours!!! Amazing ???????????????? Very, very satisfied!
Excellent service
Dr Han is a wonderful doctor and I would gladly recommend him to other families. He has been extremely attentive to our daughter (3) and is great with small children. He takes time to explain his diagnoses and thought process to us and we never feel rushed when he meets with us. I truly feel that he cares deeply about his patients
The doctor is ok(ish), but his support staff are horrible. They are lazy retards, who do not know what they are doing. After a battle on how much the deductibles were (of course they do not believe what the insurance card says, and have idiotic opinions of their own), they had completely failed to file claims properly with my insurance. I was sent a statement only once, and the next thing I know they sent me to collections. I called them to clarify and offered to talk to my insurance on the next line, and their answer was: we cannot spend time on this. Inconsiderate pricks! Do not go to this doctor, unless other doctors on earth went extinct.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
