Last year I had great visit for my skin check up, followed by skin test results. Office has many doctors operating on the same address, so for your first visit do arrive 15 min prior, for paperwork filling and verifying insurance procedure. Reception is nice, accommodating. Helpful team. They do follow up on tests and leave detailed information explaining tests results, which is just great. Dr.Grossfeld was very attentive and thorough with what she did, also explained every point of my concern and was very genuine and warm. I am returning this year.
Dr. Grossfeld has been my dermatologist for 9 years, since I was pregnant with a horrible and mysterious rash. Most treatments were out of the question because I was pregnant. She was so kind and available, and had had the same experience. She never gave up on me and through my fair, sensitive skin and years of treatment for things since then she has always been excellent, unpretentious, authentic and effective. I have come across at least 5 other women who have the same things to say about her and we are all devoted to her and would never consider another dermatologist. I recommend Dr. Grossfeld very highly.
smart, good and thorough, asks good questions and shows concern and good bedside manner
Dr. Grossfeld did a body check on me, and then removed something from my arm, when it looked like it might not be healing well, she squeezed me into look at it promptly, and determined it was fine immediately (she was correct). Going to return to have some other growths removed. She has a skilled quick hand, and did not try to sell me any products or treatments like so many other dermatologist. Concerned about medical rather than cosmetic dermatological issues primarily. So, for those dealing with problems or growths requiring immediate attention, evaluation, and treatment, she is competent, straightforward, and thorough.
Went to Jody months ago. You will ALWAYS wait 2+ hours. But that’s not even the worst part. I told her specifically to send my lab work to Quest labs since I know they are covered by my insurance. Instead I received a $1,400 bill from Columbia Doctors. She sent it to them because they’re buddies, but and they don’t accept my insurance. So now what should have been $40 is costing me $1,400. She is a con and luckily, since my father is a physician, I know all of the right organizations to file complaints. Will also be filing a lawsuit.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
