I am sincerely grateful for the immediate response, constructive advice and expert surgical care Dr. John Sherman provided me after I fell and fractured several bones in my face (while walking my dog!). I couldn’t have been given a better referral because of his unrivaled skill and expertise, immense experience, and positive energy. Dr. Sherman saved my life, after a doctor abandoned me after having liposuction, and went into sepsis with an abdominal abscess. His team from office staff, and residents took great care of me and followed up regularly. He was very accomodating and easy to reach. He gave me his cell phone #. Thank God for Dr. Sherman. BREAST IMPLANT ILLNESS IS REAL.Dr. Sherman and his staff are wonderful and I highly recommend him!Several months ago I had my breast implants removed by Dr. Sherman and it was the best decision that saved my life! 11 years ago I got breast implants by another plastic surgeon. I had the perfect result and I felt great up until 5 years ago. At first, my symptoms were sporadic consisting of random stomach issues, joint pain, random rashes, neck and arm pain among other random symptoms. Three years ago my symptoms got worse. I was constantly sick and in pain every day. No matter what I did, my symptoms did not improve. In fact, they got worse! I went to the plastic surgeon who put my implants in and he said he would not take them out because I had such a beautiful result and disagreed that the implants were the culprit in me being ill so I let it go. He's the expert so why would I question his expertise. June 11, 2020, almost changed my life forever. I went into kidney and liver failure. I had pancreatitis and I gained 50 lbs of fluid on the left side of my body. My lungs were filling up with fluid. I almost did not survive. Thankfully, I had another amazing doctor who put me on dialysis and medications that helped me to survive. I knew once I was strong enough that I had to get my implants removed because they were literally killing me. My consult with Dr. Sherman was very cut and dry. I already knew I was going to remove the implants no matter what. Dr. Sherman listened to concerns and agreed. He was compassionate, not an alarmist (which I like). Jenny and the rest of his staff and friendly, accommodating. His office is beautiful and immaculate. I have a very dear friend that went to him for the same thing and I am so happy I took her recommendation to see him.I am happy to say my health took a turn around for the better INSTANTLY!Joint, neck and arm pain...GONE! Digestive issues are minimal. Rashes..GONE! All the other symptoms I didn't mention are pretty much non-existent. Removal saved my quality of life. I have my cute little breasts back. I am still healing and need a little tweaking but I wouldn't have it any other way.I am not opposed to plastic surgery. It is a personal choice but I do advise everyone to know what they are getting into. Do your homework and make sure you know all the pros and cons to what you decide to do before you do it. I also want to note that I do not blame my original plastic surgeon. He now believes BII is real but I am extremely happy I met Dr. Sherman and he did my surgery.Thank you again Dr. Sherman for saving my life. I will be forever grateful.

I wanted to take the time and write about how excellent Dr. Sherman was in my care. I suffered a traumatic injury to my face (my right upper lips and tissue around it almost fell off) and I met Dr Sherman in the emergency room at Weill Cornell Medical Center. I was terrified, but he showed up and immediately managed the emergent situation with his excellent bedside manner and his great and precise surgical skills. He kindly followed up with me again in 36 hours to check on the surgical site and today I am going to remove the stitches!! I am so happy with the exceptional care I received from him and his team. Facial trauma can be a life long mental trauma, but with Dr. Sherman and his team’s care I am confident that I can recover fully. I highly recommend Dr Sherman for anyone looking for great care and skilled work.

Dr. Sherman is the best!!!! My experience was so great. From Doctor Sherman to all the staff to the anesthesiologist to the nurses they were absolutely professional and sweet such a great team the location was very much clean sanitized and overall very comfortable my services was breast augmentation and tummy tuck and I’m so thankful and proud that I went to Dr Sherman I would 100% recommend to everyone 😊

Mr. Sherman has been nothing short of amazing. He comforted me throughout my whole process of my otoplasty. His work speaks for itself. Him and his staff worked with me through the whole process and made sure I was ok the whole time. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done for me. Seriously the best surgeon in the world, I cannot express how thankful I am to have been referred to him by the doctors at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center. You know a plastic surgeon must be good if another plastic surgeon highly recommends him and says he would be their top choice. Still, the results completely beat my expectations and I am in complete awe at how talented Dr. Sherman truly is. I don’t think anyone can do a better job than him, and I would trust him with any kind of surgery on my face.
