I highly recommend Dr. John Frank. I went to MANY doctors before I decided to go with Dr. Frank. His price was the best, and I had the confidence going in that I had all the information I needed. I felt free to ask as many questions as I could think of in our consultation so I had no worries. The results take time to really show but several years later I couldn't be happier with the results.

This is my second procedure with Dr.Frank. I’m 71 years old and needed some additional coverage. That said, Dr.Frank has a well-deserved reputation. I highly recommend dr John frank & His team . This was my 3 rd procedure Over a 18 years period , this last surgery Was the best very little pain & discomfort, only a 2 weeks of taking it Easy & then back to every day life. I’ve been researching for over two years for a Hair Replacement doctor. I have researched going overseas and staying local. I’ve been involved with Bosley and a few local locations and have been treated like a number. Dr. Frank and his team have been very patient. I had to basically be interviewed if this was the right decision for me and I too had to make my own decision and Dr Frank assisted me while including my family to make a sound judgment. Before the procedure Dr Frank and his team would always update me on preoperation items all the way up to the day of. Once you get to the actual day of the procedure it’s smooth sailing and very relaxing. I felt that the day was all about me and how I felt. After the procedure I’ve received numerous emails and phone calls to see how I was doing and the proper hair care treatment for PostOp. If you are in the state of Michigan or Ohio and need someone who is close Dr Frank is your main guy. If you are out of state and need reassurance and full support again Dr Frank is your doctor. The whole team treat you like family and treat you like you are number one. I am one month post operation and I still receive updated emails on hair care. I understand there is a percentage risk of how much hair your scalp will keep but I am confident that my hair will grow based on the care and information that I received from Dr Frank and his team. I highly recommend Dr Frank and his personal staff based on my own experiences and extensive research that has brought me to him two years until now. I honestly have no negative comments or any negative feedback whatsoever and believe me when you are researching hair transplant and you are actually doing your homework it is your job to find a fault or two in a doctor or a company in order to choose the best one out there and I have found Dr Frank to be the best one out there thus far. He may be a diehard Buckeyes fan but I can tell you he has taken great care of this Wolverine Alum. Go Blue!!!

I'm extremely happy with the service and results I've seen after my procedure with Dr. John Frank. His staff is extremely courteous and guides you through each step of the decision making process to make sure you fully understand your elected procedure and what to expect afterwards. The procedure itself was painless and Dr. Frank and his staff took special care to ensure I remained comfortable throughout the entire process. I've been complaining about losing my hair for years!!! Let me start off by saying I've been the BIGGEST SKEPTIC of hair loss treatments. I tried Keeps and Bosley and some expensive hair foam stuff... All of its BS. I came to Dr. Frank for FUE after I was recommended to him by a friend who'd been helped by him 15+ years ago. I met thousands of people in my line of work and leet me just say Dr. John Frank is one of the kindest most laid back people I've ever met. I felt completely comfortable and confident having him and his team work on my head; tho I must say I was a bit nervous right before the procedure. It's important to note that Dr. John Frank does both FUE & FUT procedures so when he told me FUE was better for me (yay, no scarring!) I knew with complete confidence he wasn't just steering me in that direction because of an agenda or anything. Janet his assistant couldn't have been any nicer and more supportive in every aspect. BELIEVE IT OR NOT THIS PROCEDURE WASN'T PAINFUL. When I looked at my head after the procedure I would've figured I'd be in more pain but I wasn't. The worst part of this whole ordeal was that I had to wear a hat for a while (big deal right) + Janet told me I couldn't go on my speedboat but we made an agreement that I could go on as long as I wear a bucket hat while on the boat. So many of my friends have been wanting to get this procedure done but they haven't because they've been afraid of the pain/ procedure/ recovery. I got my procedure done a week ago and the whole ordeal has been a piece of cake; so far so good! Dr. John Frank actually brought my hair line down further than expected which was a bonus. My biggest complaint is I was a little bored while on the operating table + I had to wear a hat for a bit. I was not paid to write this review. Again I'd like to thank Dr. John Frank, Janet, Cary & the rest of the team Update: it’s now been just over a year and my hair looks great! I still can’t believe this is all real! Isn’t technology amazing. I was 90% sure all of this was a bunch of nonsense before I got the procedure done but I knew everything else was pretty much a hoax so I figured what do I got to lose. Anyway I’m really happy it all worked out. Thanks again

My experience with Dr. John Frank was amazing on every level. Starting with the initial consultation, through the operative process to the post surgical care Dr. Frank and his team were professional, knowledgeable and caring. My results have exceeded every expectation. It has only been a week post my surgery and my hair is already growing! I applaud Dr. Frank and his team for taking the best care of me and giving me unparalleled results!

I was a women with male pattern baldness. I went to several doctors to find out why, but, no one could give me a reason. I wouldn't leave my house unless I had to, I kept the drapes closed and the lights in my home on low. Everytime I had to look in the mirror and saw my bald head I would start to cry. I finally went to a plastic surgeon for a procedure that would cause hair regrowth. Unfortunately, this doctor told me the procedure he offered wouldn't work for me because I had too much hair loss. He referred me to Dr. Frank for a hair transplant. I had never heard of a woman getting a transplant. I was nervous but Dr. Frank was wonderful! The entire procedure was painless and his staff was the greatest. Everyone made me feel comfortable. This is a long process and the staff, including Dr. Frank, went out and talked to my friend who drove me to his office in Columbus and was in the waiting room. My hair is growing back and already looks better. It's been 3 months. I would recommend anyone with hair loss to go see Dr. John Frank.
