This doctor is inhumane. I went in for an ultrasound and he kept saying I lost the baby and just hadn’t passed the tissue yet and he’s not even my doctor. The ultrasound tech brought him in to discuss the findings. My actual doctor not once mentioned me losing the baby, she sent me in for more testing because she thinks I’m just early in my pregnancy. Stay away from this heartless, inhumane doctor who shows no compassion for others.

Best decision I’ve ever made choosing him as my doctor. He is professional, intelligent and knows how to guide properly.. he gives so much respect to his patients and staff. Will definitely choose him for future pregnancies.

The two encounters I had with Dr. Ilagan both left me in tears. The first time I met with Dr. Ilagan after being referred to his care, he had not fully read my chart and suggested a radical change in my care without realizing a huge, relevant part of my medical history. Both appointments were rushed and he was unwilling to fully answer questions. He also made hurtful and irrelevant comments about my weight. I did not feel safe in his care.

Dr. Ilagan was extremely nonchalant and not comforting while having a high risk pregnancy. His appointments always seemed rushed and he was very dismissive of symptoms. Do not go to Dr. Ilagan

We went to Dr. Ilagan for a send opinion since I had had 4 miscarriages in 18months. It was the best decision we made. From the moment we had our first call, we have felt calm, reassured and feel as if we finally understand everything. I look forward to continuing with Dr. Ilagan and his team.

Worst bedside mannor of any doctor and incapable of communicating with patients. Interacted with him during an ultrasound. Plainly told us there were cysts on both of our son's kidneys. Not only was he wrong, did not discuss what that might mean for our son, the possibility that he was wrong, and what additional testing/imaging was required. Left thinking our son was not going to make it and thankfully my OB straightened that out, but still caused 24 hours of intense stress for no reason. We were dreading that he would be on call during delivery. Of course, that happend! He rushed my wife into a c-section claiming it was an emergency. Told my wife "don't you care about your son, you need to decide right now." Did not allow us to consult another doctor or have a conversation about continuing with labor. Then had the nerve to plainly list out all of the risks with a c-section, including death for the mother and baby. Stop and think before you speak! Learn that patients have the need to be listened to and consulted.
