Positive encouraging, attitude about weight loss when I was discouraged. He emphasized going in the right direction rather than big weight loss. My food preferences changed, and I no longer experienced hunger. He prescribed excellent medications and eating parameters. I have lost significant weight, sleep apnea went away, movement improved, lost several dress sizes and depression lifted! Continuing work with him as I work towards optimum health. Reaping benefits. Dr. Waitman gives sensitive and expert care to his patients. My health has improved greatly as I have lost weight under his guidance, and so have my feelings about myself. I had many health problems, all of which improved. I continue to work with Dr. Waitman with my goal being optimum health and discovering an achievable weight goal. I recommend him without reservation.
