Excellent surgeon - would highly recommend!

I was impressed with him initially. I saw him in the Tarrytown plastic surgery center for a breast implant procedure. He knows that website falsely claims to offer all manner of cosmetic procedures and him to be a standalone cosmetic surgeon. And he knows the person scheduling consults echoes the claims. Another words, he knows people see him with expectations that won't be realized. That’s what happened. He was related, detailed and on point about what he'd do, but days later, the only other surgeon there denying him help, said he couldn’t achieve the sort of surgery. No attempt to find another surgeon to help or to do the explant in a less risky manner that would be more pleasing aesthetically pleasing The façade of proficiency with breast revision surgery is just that. His pretense and involvement in the bad faith mode of inducing consults caused me to lose my respect for him. I placed trust in him and took him to be a person of integrity interested in helping with medical problem.

Cosmetic surgery is outside of his comfort zone. He specializes in breast reconstruction after mastectomy. I considered him for cosmetic breast surgery unrelated to cancer. His lack of confidence contrasts with the claims of expertise on the website of the Tarrytown surgery center where I met with him. He’s not sufficiently well-versed to realize them. He was denied help from the only other surgeon there. Removing implants is less complex with a less radical approach than his which results in a loss of healthy breast tissue when meticulous care isn’t taken. He’s honest about not being able to guarantee that this won't occur. The alternative approaches would not require good faith cooperation from the other surgeon. His overly risky approach also extends incisions. Because the other surgeon wouldn't assist, he said he can’t achieve the surgery. Mine requires new implants and breast reshaping. The website largely doesn't apply. He’s venturing too far to do consults for breast revision.

My sister is Dr. Jacobs patient and all I have to say that he is one of the best Doctors. I haven't come across a doctor that takes time out to follow up and explain all the procedures not only to the patient but also their family. Thank you Doc. GOD BLESS

What can I say Dr Jacobs is a miracle worker I have been working with him for the past several years with my breast cancer and reconstructive surgery we have come such a very long way and I am very very pleased I would refer him to anyone he is excellent physician Knowledgeable courteous with great bedside manner.

I saw Dr. Jacobs for immediate direct to implant reconstruction in July. I found Dr. Jacobs and his staff to be above and beyond caring, compassionate and knowledgeable throughout all my pre and post op visits. My reconstruction looks 100% natural, scars are completely hidden and I could not be happier with my results and the care I received. Would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

BEWARE. I have 8mm breast cancer, and it took, between he and his partner oncologist surgeon, over six weeks to get an appointment. I wanted my 220cc saline reduced, and MADE VERY CLEAR I'd like a self-pay hospital stay after surgery - which they said was no problem. I also have a history of heart issues (probably not good for radiology.) By the end of the appointment: - (2) out patient surgeries (they refuse to work together the same day) - 220cc SILICONE implants - still pushing radiation

Went trough the most horrible experience with this doctor he disfigured me for life, I wouldn't be recommend him to my worst enemy.

I am very blessed to have Dr Jordan Jacobs as my breast surgeon after undergoing a bilateral mastectomy I had immediate reconstruction afterwards.From the first consultation after my upsetting diagnosis I knew he was definitely the one I would trust & his amazing team. I have nothing but absolute praise & gratitude to them all.Dynamic with incredible skills a truly compassionate lovely Dr with so much understanding & consideration to my needs.
